However, I don't believe we would have accomplished what we needed to--understanding our budgeting, offering on one home, moving to a different home, and ultimately ending up with a better interest rate and an accelerated closing date--if we had gone that direction this time. Most importantly, though, we valued having someone to connect with who walked us through these processes, communicated genuinely, and acted as a great sounding board to iron out issues along the way. Thank you again to Emily, Jennifer & team for helping us land our dream home and making a super stressful time smoother than it could have been. We appreciate all of your hard work for us.

There is always another obstacle and reason why they need another bit of information, even information that we have ALREADY given them. There is clear lack of communication within the company as well as with customers. Any time my family and I have been given an answer, it is because WE have reached out and NOT the other way around. I read another review on here that said this company makes them feel like they are some sort of criminal, and I COULDN'T HAVE worded it better myself. The astonishing amount of other 1-STAR reviews with similar issues to mine is ALL THE VALIDATION I NEEDED! It is not a ME issue... It is this company's issue! * "documents submitting multiple times" * "they will not answer the phone" * "a lot of letters that I have never done before in previous" 2 houses! These are ONLY a few of the repeated negative reviews your company has received across MULTIPLE REVIEW PLATFORMS outside of YELP!
