They got pretty much everything you need from a pet store. The workers are nice. Give them your phone number to sign up for their rewards. I got a few dollars at one point to help pay for our cat's foods and litter. Anything to get some savings. I love this store.

The gentleman that answered the phone was getting off in 10 minutes but said he didn't mind staying. We got there in 8 minutes flat, he took her to the back of the store while he and a manager tried to get my snake free. They had to cut the tree into pieces, but they freed my baby. As they brought her back to me, they gave me all these recommendations to help her heal (she she was pretty tore up from being squeezed and stuck for a few hours), and signs to look out for. While leaving the store, the gentleman ran back out and asked if he could say goodbye to her, and reassured me this happens all the time and she'll be fine with precaution. I could not recommend this place more, and I am ABSOLUTELY in debt with gratitude for them saving my snake's life. She's doing much better and will be having another Betadine soak today.

The sales lady--who I believe is also the owner--offered to just sell me one instead of the whole pack, which was awesome and so thoughtful. I think it was literally just a dollar. The shop itself isn't huge like a PetSmart, but it's well laid out, easy to find what you're looking for, and has a really homey, family-run feel. The employees were genuinely kind and welcoming to me and my buddy. What really sucks is we paid waaaaay too much for this animal and when I just called to see if we could return it after a 72 hours of headache we were told they don't allow returns on their animals. We were never notified of this upon purchase. We would have been more cautious if so. The best we can do now is notify everyone else that looks up this establishment on yelp that their training program needs major improvement if hey're going to let high school kids run the show. I'm all about kids working but arm them with good training. Train them to for warn customers when a product is nonreturnable. Don't just depend on the customer to see a random note on a wall alongside a bunch of other papers and advertisements. We're going back to Red Chain and TSC for all of our bovine, goat and poultry needs. I suggest you do the same. 350 bucks in the trash. And that's if my wife hasn't contracted some disease from the bites.

My vet is a busy man and I didn't want to disturb him with a call and wanted to make it an easy text especially since it is Sunday. I ended up having to set my other items down several times to step outside to get service. Not good customer service. I intended to be in and out in 5 minutes. But ended up having to stay way longer to get the messages thru and get my stuff. Next time I'll stick to Fort Worth location. No one is trying to steal your internet guys.
