There is a good amount of room for a small wedding party and a kitchen area for any prep or catering work to be done. The wedding party had 6 large tables which fit comfortably in the hall with enough space for dancing and a buffet table off to the side. If you are here for a wedding they will reserve parking spots (Mainly street/parallel parking) for attendees so that you are able to park in peace!

We were married here on June 20th and we could not have imagined having it anywhere else since 2 aunts, my sister and my best friend have all used this venue for there wedding. It is a beautiful building itself on the outside, and the inside is just as beautiful with its huge windows and beautiful views of the water. I loved the look of the old dark wood floors. Heidi was our attendant that day and she provided service that was above and beyond what she was suppose to do. She assisted in the setting up and cleaning of our wedding which we did not expect at all. She was extremely helpful and we knew we could count on her. This venue has a complete kitchen with stoves, oven, microwaves, 2 refrigerator and a lot of room for any type of food prep you might need to do. I was told my the town of steilacoom that we could only have 150 people and music needed to cease by 10:00pm. It also can be a little spendy at $100.00 a hour, but compared to many other venues, it is pretty reasonable. I must say this is a great location to use if you want beautiful wedding photography because the venue itself and surrounding areas has so many opportunities for great shots.

A Beautiful day for sure to display the 12's pride and joy parading down 4th St on foot, bus, trucks, convoys and so on. Alcohol free flowing on the streets :) without malice and only good vibes. Win or Lose, we love our Seahawks, wish everyday, everywhere could have the same vibe everyday. It doesn't cost anything to be kind, spread the love. These moments give hope to humanity, in a most f'ed up world we live in right now, a day like this reminds us to always stay positive and look forward.

Our county, states, and cities really need to help these people for the improvement of all. We come here less and less often. 142+ square miles, 58+ square miles is water. Population, 2020 census = 737k+. Ambiance - So many great attractions, some of which are: The first Starbucks, expect LONG lines. Sadly, the Starbucks Reserve Roastery is now closed. Public Market, you know the one! Pike Place Market. Post Alley, Seattle Waterfront, etc. Other attractions that I have done in the past are: Space Needle, Museums, the State Ferry, parks, Locks, aquarium, zoo, gum wall (don't ever need to see more than once, lol), etc. And of course, the many great and changing restaurant scenes. Service - Overall okay. Some businesses are better than others; really a hit and miss. Many businesses really appreciate the tourists $$$; others know that they will never see us again.... Price - Reasonably priced. But of course, it depends on what you do, eat, and drink. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1851. 1865 Incorporated, town status. 1869 Incorporated, city status.

It's a dynamic public space, open 10am-6pm every day (and until 8pm Tuesdays-to-Thursdays). There's a community bulletin board, art to appreciate, board games to borrow (to play there, not takeaway), an auditorium, computers to browse the web, plenty of power outlets, DVDs to rent, and a cute gift shop ($1 book deals!). Plenty of seating, free Wi-Fi, restrooms. There's a filtered water dispenser (bring a water bottle!). To my surprise, there's a cafe ("Howdy Y'all Coffee", open all week except Sundays) on-site. Oh, there are books too. Recommendation: Visit the 10th floor! It has a huge naturally-lit reading room. A serene oasis in downtown Seattle.
