When I took the car out they did a visual inspection above the wheels, but when I returned the car they checked under the car as well. Unsurprisingly they found scratches and kept my deposit until they could get the car inspected.. I took them to VCAT and won the case and then they paid. We washed it even though we were not supposed to, filled the tank to the top even though it wasn't given to us like this. But since then we have been struggling to get our bond security back since then. They have been doing this for quite a while now mainly to overseas customer hoping they will forget about the money. We have check a few ABNs online as this company operate through many branches and some of them are inactive. We have now took a lawyer to get our money back and we wanna warn everyone about this Shitty, dodgy, and dishonest company.

After 2 weeks, (Liz, the sales person) she called and ask me if I am still in the market, and i told her that i've bought a brand new car from dealer instead. The last sentence she said to me was "I thought you don't want to spend money on brand new car? Thanks for letting me know" HANG UP.. I didn't even had a chance to say anything. What a loser.
