All of a sudden, the salesman stated "Ok, bye, have a good one" in a totally dismissive manner. He did not say this in a friendly tone and immediately walked away from us and sat down at a desk, completely ignoring us until we left the store. My wife and I were very confused by his behavior since we had been friendly toward him during the entire visit. His statement was extremely sudden, rude, and out-of-line, ending any chance of us purchasing a bed there. I don't write many reviews but wanted to share the experience we had. After a while, we went to the store and the kit was still unavailable. The sales man suggested I call the manufacturer but not to tell them it was a mattress firm sale. Hhmmmmm!! I told him I was not going to make this my problem. He immediately offered to replace the bedframe with one that had a kit. I am a 76 year old man with poor vision. The salesman told me that the delivery guys would install the headboard because of the inconvenience the kit had caused. We made a tentative delivery date but changed it 10 days before the date for a medical appointment. Although we followed protocol, they showed up at the old time and were later told they could not change times, even with a 10 day notice. When they tried to deliver it later in the day, they were NOT given the kit, so the delivery was cancelled. It gets better! They showed up on Saturday with the new frame and FINALLY THE KIT. They were in a hurry and put the bed together but refused to bring in the headboard from the garage and install the Kit. After I told them I was legally blind, the driver called in and got permission to bring in the headboard but still refused to install the headboard, although I was promised the installation instead of cancelling the entire order. Now I have to find a person to install the kit, which is an extra expense and a major inconvenience. It appears that the people at Mattress Firm do not have any clue on how important communications are in a company. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, nor do they care. After canceling my Sleep Number mattress & wanting a new bed quickly, I ended up here. I'm so happy I stopped in! The showroom is large. I spotted the following available brands: Temper-pedic, Sealy, Serta, Sleepy's, Posturepedic, perfectsleeper, purple, Stearns & Foster, Beautyrest, Tulo, & KINGSDOWN. Customers can lie down on each mattress & adjust the bases to find their match. I took full advantage of this-- I have no pride:) The sale allowed customers to purchase a king mattress for the price of a queen, & a queen for the price of a twin, although not every mattress brand was included in the special. Additionally, customers could earn $300 off the "extras," although that amount could be applied to the cost of an adjustable bed frame (which was my choice). Available extras sold here are mattress protectors; pillows (memory foam & others); blankets; throws; sheet sets; & possibly additional items I missed. With EVERY Mattress Firm bed purchase, there's a 120 night sleep trial. You may return the mattress within that time frame; HOWEVER, bases may not be returned or refunded. NOTE: if you return your mattress, you will pay a $99.99 "return delivery fee" & a 10% restocking fee (not to exceed $250). If you exchange rather than return, that $99.99 fee will be applied to your new mattress, if the replacement mattress is higher in price. My hybrid matress w/ adjustable base (that offers two height levels) not only cost me $1,600 less than the Sleep Number bed, but it could be delivered almost immediately-- two days later, although I requested a day further out. (Delivery of my bed less than one week later was $199, which is the set price regardless of mattress brand. The removal of the existing bed is always included in the price.) Check the company's webpage for the "MattressMatcher," a quick 5-step process to determine the best mattress brands & styles to meet your sleep needs, although I found the process a little too simplistic to be of great help. Financing & purchase options are available, including 0% financing if you qualify. I have now slept in my Temper-pedic Queen "Medium Hybrid" bed (which means it has coils as well as Memory Foam). And I love it, especially the quiet adjustable base w/ remote. (The only drawback I've found is that unlike Sleep Number queen mattresses, this Temper-pedic one came w/ just one remote.) We…read morepurchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress protector specifically to protect our mattress, yet the protector failed and allowed liquid to penetrate the mattress despite proper use and timely reporting. The former store manager, Genaro, initially assisted with the warranty process, but after he left the store, the new manager essentially stated that it was entirely Tempur-Pedic's decision whether or not to honor the warranty. Tempur-Pedic then acknowledged the protector failure but declined to repair or replace the mattress, relying on "at our discretion" wording in the warranty. The most frustrating part is that the protector was marketed as protection for this exact scenario. If the protector fails and the customer is still left with a damaged mattress and no meaningful resolution, then the warranty provides very little real value. For premium products with premium pricing, I expected significantly better customer support, accountability, and willingness to stand behind the product. Terrible experience with the store and even worse experience with Tempur-Pedic customer service.

Upon reading the fine print we discovered they would charge $39 for the privilege of paying off our balance within the 100 days. When we threatened to cancel the deal he agreed to have Mattress One refund us the money via check. We setup delivery for five days after we purchased the mattress. The morning of delivery my wife and I disassembled our current bed, frame and headboard and moved it upstairs. A few hours later I received a call from our salesman Dave stating the mattress was on back order and would have to be delivered a week later. I asked why it took five days to figure out there was not enough stock to fill our order? He said they load trucks the night before and just found out. I stated we already disassembled our bed and moved it upstairs. He said he was sorry and there is nothing that could be done. I asked if someone could come over to move and reassemble our old bed. He said no. Needless to say Mattress One has been a nightmare to deal with very poor customer service. Beware of this before you decide to make your purchase.

After looking through the store my husband and I saw a coffee table we both liked. We returned to the area the table was in to examine it more closely and decided to purchase it. We were told it was in stock and would be delivered from Miami. We filled out the necessary paperwork and set our delivery date. Our table arrived to our home 2 days later. I don't recall ever getting a piece of furniture delivered so fast. I was told the drivers would e-mail, text me and call me when on the way and I received all those notifications. The table is in my home and I haven't had any problems or complaints.
