We never heard anything from Binswanger about a delay, so both the seller and I called them. We were told they were having issues with the original distributor. Ok, that's understandable. She said the new distributor should have the glass out, and they'd gave it installed within 2 weeks. That was almost a month ago. I called last week to check on it, because it still wasn't done. She said she'd check on it and call me back. I didn't get a call back. Now we're almost 2 months from the original install date, and the only communication we get is if we call about it. To say we're all frustrated at this point, would be an understatement.
