Jeff and I exchanged pleasantries and a few adjectives as we discussed the variety of items and how this all got to North Carolina. Turns out that the items in store come from clients across the country with the possible exception of the upper plains. Urns, vases, and statuary; period furniture and screens; silks, oils, prints and water colors... capturing all manner of subjects from wood ducks to orchids to the human form. They also delivered us a damage dining set..nothing but issue here...the people nice bit one wrong move and your in a hot mess..they said they will refund us back the delivery fee of 99.99...let's see how that goes Its January 7th and they came to drop off the right dinning set, but there's a damage on there so they offer 10% off or exchange, I chose exchange, its never ending here..still haven't got the 99.99 delivery fee back..im about to call them now. update they delivered my dinning table on 1.21.21 and it was extra protected this time and everything look good. beside the issue Ive had and I havent got the refund on the delivery yet as they promise but I will give them an extra star because they did follow up with us and even though they had some issue with our stuff they remain calm and took care of us..ill bring it up to 3 stars once my delivery fee is refunded..

This particular day I went in to see Stephen Bradly who had worked with my elderly parents the day prior; they wanted me to see what they picked out. What I noticed is that my mom (who I get my taste from lol) picked out the more expensive option & she said that Stephen showed her a similar unit that had many of the same bells and whistles but was a little less. She sang his praises and said that he was understanding and knowledgeable with the brands and what they have to offer. Although my Moms mind was set on the more expensive one, she said she will come back to purchase from him because he was so knowledgeable & made her feel like she was making a well informed decision! I want to start this review by saying that my sales person Dennis was great. He answered all my…read morequestions and he was so helpful. The reason that I gave three stars was because the delivery installation was a nightmare. So I ordered a dishwasher an oven a cooktop, a microwave, a trash, compactor, refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. They got delivered and I paid extra for installation for everything They left and the dishwasher had exposed wires at the bottom and would not work. The wall oven is dented around the frame, and the dryer was not working at all either and on the washing machine the hot and cold lines were mixed meaning when I set it for cold for the temperature of the water, it was piping hot and it shrunk some of my clothes. I called to have them come fix those things that weren't working properly or installed properly and they did come back out, but it was a little bit of an issue to get them here. The wall oven is still dented now I have to have GE come out and replace that because they need a whole new replacement for that. The dryer still was not hooked up properly after the second time and again they said it was an issue with the Maytag appliance so I had to wait while they got me a whole new dryer and installed that so three weeks after the initial delivery I finally got a dryer.

Very cool place with a lot of vintage things and it was huge two story place. Nice employees.read more
