No one ever called. Apparently they fudged their accounting at least one year as well to be able to realize the revenue from the transaction as well, without it raising a red flag. When my mother discussed it with them, someone asked "why are you so upset?". Whoever that person was needs to be nowhere near the business of handling someone's love one's final situation. I was shown the new cement pad where the new crematorium is being built. What a terrible thing to point out to someone who just days before had suddenly lost their spouse. The only thing I can think of is that it is less expensive than the other mortuary in Flagstaff. They botched everything up from not knowing where my loved one was, where I could retrieve his wallet and then told me I couldn't get death certificates for months due to an autopsy. We had told them when we filled out the forms that we did not want one but they had it done anyway. Totally unprofessional and the owner is totally insensitive to grieving families. There is a woman there that was more courteous.

Go anywhere but here. These people are the most uncaring, rude batch of people I have ever met…read more My dear friend had terminal cancer and was in hospice care. He gave me both health care and financial power of attorney. He asked me to go ahead and take care the final arrangements using his bank account, which I did. Nearly 6 weeks later, the rude obnoxious KELLY from Ruffner-Wakelin calls me and starts giving me a song and dance about the payment. Now I have no issue with paying, but they were already paid. She says they just tried to process the check and it bounced because the bank accounts were frozen. Well no kidding I told her, he died a month ago and you guys knew I was paying with his account, why did you not process it a month ago? Rude obnoxious KELLY said it was my fault, I signed a contract and she was just going to send it to collection. She blamed it all on me, accepted no responsibility and threatened me with sending it to collection. They are all peaches and cream when they are trying to sell you something, but god forbid they screw up and not get paid and they threaten you with collection. Just so you all know, rude obnoxious KELLY called me 0918 and I went in and paid them at 1130, so they did in fact get paid within hours of me finding out there was an issue. My advise, go somewhere else. Anywhere but there. She went above and beyond to even file paperwork with the VA to get my dads discharge papers! They explained all the process and showed such respect and dignity to our relative. I highly recommend them Update: well we started out great with Anita.... then she dropped the ball by not notifying us when our Dad was ready! We waited over 2 weeks!! It as very disappointing especially for my mom and being the holiday season!! Thank goodness for Arthur!! He picked up ball and then some!! He was so very kind and thoughtful!!
