I generally have very little reason to come inside here, because between online banking and ATMs there's really no reason to. I will say, however, that "people" make the difference when you need to. For example, there is one small business officer here who is a complete jerk; I'd never have anything to do with him. On the other hand, there is one teller who is both cheerful and competent; she's a delightful young lady. So when you average out zero stars and five stars, this is where you land up.

This other bank turned on me and threw me out. Even though I had a Police Report proving everything and my lawyer involved. Now I was in a panic. Couldn't access a Bank Account for anything. My Lawyer/Lawyers bank at this branch for their Law Firm and asked the Manager and Staff if they could help me. They said yes!! And they did. That same day they opened an account for me and got me access to a Bank Account. So needless to say I love this bank and highly recommend Wells Fargo to everyone I know. In fact sing their praises.

A staff member who I believe is the manager ( mid-aged bald guy) always greets customers with a smile upon entry. I met with another staff member to open my first credit card and he was extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name. It might have started with a D and I think he may have been Asian? Their drive thru ATM is very convenient. I almost never go inside. The ATM occasionally will be out of order but not too frequent. The website is easy to navigate and comes with a lot of neat features like the track your spending tools. The website and app also make transferring money quick and easy. My only complaints are the annual/ monthly bank fees. Many other banks either have cheaper fees, or none at all.

I was named an executrix of an estate with a long time attorney in the area and knowledgeable of this procedure...the short certificate has no "and" meaning only 1 of us needs to go to the bank and close accounts. Wells Fargo said we both had to attend...what if I lived on the West Coast? Sefa had not idea what he was doing, he was on the phone with the corporate office, who didn't know what they were doing. Bottom line we were there for over an hour and never accomplished our goal of closing the accounts, we both left because we had other appointments....Guess we have to try again with another branch that might have some brains and knowledge. No problems doing this with Citizens and BB&T, done in 15 minutes...thank goodness we have choices! DON'T USE THEM
