The teller used to be nice and friendly now she acts as tho im bothering her. Plus even with my account number she could only answer me about my atm transactions. This is highly unacceptable for a bank ive been with for over 5 years. The answering service is horrible to after pushing 5 buttons this lady named Brooke who was a straight b-/ch couldn't help me either this is so so sad to take such a friendly and good bank to just an impersonal and starched shirt bland uncomfortable bank. Its frustrating and rude. And the drive thru cant even see who you are dealing with anymore. I find this to be very suspicious bc it takes them longer to make a deposit than before. Yes, it is, until you encounter a bank like 5th/3rd Bank located in the same shopping plaza that was unwilling to break a $50 unless I had an account (and ID!!) for the cash-for-cash 30 second transaction. So, 5 stars to this bank that made change without asking me for account information and just being a bank that knows how to be a bank. If I was staying in the area I'd seriously consider banking with this branch because they are low key and hospitable and seem to value the clients that walk in the door.

She explained the process that would happen before we even started the application. I started a savings account with them and am looking into setting up my actual banking with the company. A small bank like this is a little behind some of the others with technology and I'm okay with that. Other banks offered internet and mobile banking before VSB and I guess the next "big thing" with come a little behind some of the conglomerates but that's okay with me. My banker knows my name and I know theirs. I believe banking should be a relationship business and VSB is exactly that. (If I want a coffee house, I will go to Starbucks-good luck with that Cap One)
