They reimburse all atm fees when I need to use a random atm. I would highly recommend this bank you will not be disappointed. She was very miserable and this bank is the worst in Foxborough. Nickel and dimes you with all sorts of fees and makes everything hard every step of the way. Never bank with them.

As a fairly new resident in North Attleboro I was happy to see a BoA right down the road from me. I stopped in today because tomorrow I have to go to Pennsylvania to sell my other house and close out the relocation that brought me from PA to MA. My wife and I arrived and were told to wait there for a minute to get checked in. We stood around for about 15 minutes before finally having someone come and ask what we needed. When we said we needed forms notarized (for the closing) they told us we had to come back two days later because we didn't have an appointment. Unfortunately the time we spent there meant the town hall office also closed before we could get to them too. This meant going to a UPS store and spending $40 because the bank we have been loyal to for probably 20 years couldn't give us 5 minutes of there time to notarize a few documents. How very disappointing!!!

They were alert to the potential threat and acted swiftly to freeze my account. I then went to the Canton Branch to follow up on the disputes, and Mr. Herrera (Thank you) quickly started the process. The customer service representatives were on the ball as well. They took my panic seriously and followed up on the event with a phone call confirming that everything is back where it should be.
