Went in there for some guidance for my dispute on my credit card. Telling the guy my story, I could…read moretell by his body language he wasn't going to help me. After telling him my situation he said we don't do anything with credit card questions. Even the manager Dana Lee, said that we cannot answer or resolve any questions about their credit card. Went to the Fairlawn branch and the lady was helpful, asked for my ID pulled up my account and we figured it out. Barberton not so much. Thanks for wasting my time, sorry you couldn't sell me anything.

COUNT YOUR MONEY if you go through the drive-through. They…read morehave a thief. On Saturday morning, I drove through to get $700 and went to buy a car from a friend. I handed him the envelope and he said, "This is only $600." We both counted it again. It WAS only $600. I tried to go back but the branch was closed. Monday morning I went to the branch and the teller who did the transaction was there. SHE WOULD NOT LOOK ME IN THE EYE, but every other teller there did. They recounted the drawer but of course, my $100 was gone. I know the teller took it, SHE KNOWS SHE TOOK IT, but I will never see that $100 again. Bank elsewhere, but if you can't, COUNT YOUR MONEY BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

Barberton 5/3 bank should have a teller that knows what they are doing. Gloria O. Should not be…read moreworking there. She has no idea how to do her job. She screwed up my checking and savings account even though she was told multiple times to do what I said and continued to screw it up. Then while there taking my money out bc of her screw up. She screwed up the woman in front of me then mine again. She messed up the money order she screwed up the account when I took my money out. She was told many times what to do and still messed up 2 accounts while I was there including mine. A teller at a bank needs to know what they are doing. You should be able to trust your tellers and your bank. Brian the manager should also be at fault bc when I asked to speak with him to get things corrected he didn't so anything and then hung up on me as I told him how to correct it and told him about his teller. He also didn't come out of his office when Gloria O was messing up the accounts of others and mine while I was there. Barberton 5/3 bank needs new employees. I am just shocked that they are the ones running the bank and do not know hoe to do their jobs. Yet I call Wadsworth bank and they corrected everything and were in shock over the Barberton banking behavior. Never will I go or do anything with Barberton 5/3rd banking. I was going to close my account but I knew Wadsworth would fix my account bc they have employees who know what they are doing. Thank you Wadsworth for correcting Barberton mistakes. Yet again Barberton employees Gloria O and manager Brian for doing nothing at all...but screw things up over and over. Gloria needs to find another job seeing as she doesn't know what she is doing.
