She was polite, patient, and got it running again without making us feel like a problem. Total professionalism. But then the machine jammed a second time, and that's when a completely different lady came over and ruined the entire experience. She immediately acted irritated and started complaining that we were "getting her machine dirty" -- as if we brought in buckets of mud instead of coins. Then she told us we couldn't continue because we were "going to break it." Seriously? We were just using the machine the way it's meant to be used. It's a coin machine -- it's literally made for this. Instead of offering help, she shut us down with a terrible attitude and made us feel like we weren't welcome there at all. It was rude, uncalled for, and extremely unprofessional. If EECU doesn't want people to use their machines, they should stop offering them -- or at least train their staff not to take out their bad mood on paying members. One kind employee tried to help, and another made us feel like a huge inconvenience.

My stepfather does all of his banking there. They know you by name. Each time I take him in to do his banking they are so nice, courteous and considerate. Because of how well they treat you, I opened a safety deposit box and will look into other services as well. What a breath of fresh air after dealing with the passing of my mother. My stepfather has nothing but great experiences with them. And always ask how the family is doing.

I received a check in the mail from West America bank and wanted to cash it there but I was denied that. Even after showing her proper ID (my drivers license) she said I needed 2 forms of ID & when I showed her my SS Card she denied that and said it needed to have a picture on it.. so then I referred back to my drivers license & was still denied being able to cash my check. It just doesn't make sense why you would need to see to picture ID's to cash a check. It's ridiculous coming into this bank on 2 separate times and not getting the basic service I need. I'll be traveling to the Visalia location from now on. Do better!!
