I was then directed to a teller who could not provide the information I came in for. This is the second time I have come to this branch and experienced a frustrating situation. After telling the representative I was going to close my accounts, I was still made to wait another 30 minutes before she decided she could speak with me. I have been a customer for 50 years, and this is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The level of service has declined tremendously, and today's experience was the final straw. I have closed my accounts as a result.
