Constant fraud at this bank with white washing of checks . when we caught these the bank…read moreacknowledged the fraud and then bought time by saying they were behind due to the holidays they would close the investigation and return the money. they missed the dead line 3 times kept on making excuses then claimed statue of limitations ran out. legally not true just an internal strategy the have to run down the clock and hope you give up. since this branch deals with older clients this seems to be a systemic attempt to try and take advantage of elderly clients that may not be aware of the rights they have or the energy to pursue chase. shame on chase, bank managers names to follow to see if anyone else has had the same issue.

She waited patiently for 20 min until the woman came out and took the next person on line. She rudely explained directions to my mom and basically shut the door in her face. It was not professional or helpful. I've been coming to this TD for literally years but something about that interaction has left me so unhappy I will make the 10 min extra trip to a different branch. If my mom made a mistake while trying to use their new covid policy the employee could have patiently and kindly worked to help her. This site has really gone down hill and it's unfortunate. I am all for staying safe during covid but this new policy is not friendly for people who are not tech savvy/ do not have phones etc.

Had a horrible experience with associate, Mr. Adam Kintish. I received notification today about…read moreinsufficient funds. Upon calling the branch, i was told by the associate that my account was closed Nov. 14 (so I am getting notified about insufficient funds 2 weeks after they closed my account)..despite being sick I tried making every accommodation to re-open my account. Mr. Kintish told me that he would not open any future accounts for my business..when I asked for a supervisor, I was told there was no one above him that I could speak with regarding the issue. I was directed to fax a letter to the complaint line or call the customer service number on the back of the card. The pompous speech and mannerisms left me with a plethora of emotions: 1) Disappointment that Mr. Kintish was so unwillingly to assist despite my willingness to ensure adequate funds in the account today 2) shock that he had no supervisor to address his behavior or review his decision 3) left me perplexed, is this the new culture of M&T?

At this branch the staff is beyond friendly and some even know me by name. Very helpful and get things done efficiently. The location is very easy to get to and not too difficult to find nearby parking. They also have a small parking lot available in the back. They also have a drive thru ATM in the back parking lot. Only negative comment I have is that there have been several occasions where the ATM was not working. However, this hasn't happened lately so things are on a good track!

Manager on duty was rude and refused to help her then turned her away. ( she had gloves and an N95 mask on) Great customer service at a time like this with such a time sensitive situation! Edit: hour after I posted this mgr on duty calls saying my mother can be seen today. This was also after I called the # on the back of my card and told the rep about the awful treatment that happened with such a time sensitive situation.
