I'm not sure if the system is down but I'm just standing in front of the line and the teller is looking at his computer. After standing in front of the teller for 5-10 minutes the teller finally looked up and called someone else. The system must have been down but nobody said anything nor looked at me. Not a single , "Hi, sorry but the system is down. This may take a minute ". I'll give a second star because they did waive my $15 cashiers check fee , only because I told them to. This branch used to be great, not sure what happened to them. The manager was more concerned with a slightly cracked tile than the customers who were waiting for a while with no explanation. I was seriously contemplating changing my bank after this experience, no excuse.

    I had a problem with a check being put on a hold it's checked that I always deposit and always…read morereceived the funds the next day suddenly come to find out I'm not going to receive these funds until 4 days from now. after calling customer service and speaking to imagine name Janice from Alabama nothing was resolved was in a bad big fan of Janice who hesitate to give me a first name and refuse to give me her last name maybe that's a policy I don't know if it is a weird one never heard of that. I had threatened to cancel all my accounts if I did not receive the funds today like I have received for the past year It's my payday I even actually did you get paid different days from Bank of America they sometimes pay you on Tuesday sometimes pay you on Wednesday or even just not paying for 4 days I've never paid late to Bank of America for 15 years every credit card payment has been on time. I called customer service again and hopefully I was hoping to receive someone more professional I was thinking of a manager but then I spoke with Paula from South Carolina and she was unbelievable I was livid after speaking with Janice Paul was smooth as silk professional explained everything She totally emphasized for my situation thoroughly explained company's policies it was a pleasure talking to if you were a smile to my face and warmth to my heart. I told her I said Paula you've been so great a reverse from my decision on canceling all my accounts so I'm no millionaire no big dog but every customer helps but if you don't make Paul or a manager then the next couple of months I will cancel my all my accounts Cheers and Paula you have a great day You're a wonderful person

    Nasty Avoid -- No…read morepoliteness at all or professionalism. The worse of the worse work there --- their employees have forgotten that clients should be treated with respect. Totally lacks professionalism -- this goes from the person who answered the phone GIGI who argued about identifying herself - I like to know to whom I am speaking to to the so-called assistant manager or manager whatever Araf Badrudeen calls himself - he doesn't walk on water although he thinks so. Called to make an appointment with him - apparently this so-called employee doesn't want to work with customers - hmmm should not be allowed to work in a customer service workplace. It is a shame that in todays society we have companies that hire people with attitudes of they are doing us a favor when if they had no banking customers they would have no jobs. The respect of the clients are not at this location but they are sure to yell at you when their workers don't like being asked what their name it. Amaf Badrudenn has a bad temper and yelled at me on the phone telling me I was yelling at him and I certainly wasn't. I speak very firm, I guess it hurt his feeling also. He is a poor excuse of a so called manager. Poor excuse for a bank and bankers -- Wells Fargo should look at this branch and see what is really going on.

    I'm only giving this review because I believe I was a victim of profiling.i went into the bank…read moretoday at about 11:05 to cash my check as I've done for over a month now. I usually don't go to this branch but I had business near it so I went there. The normal Setup of them needing manager approval to cash the check since I don't have an account with them happens. This time the manager on duty(Carlos) tells me I have to deposit my check elsewhere and that he cannot cash it. His explanation for why was that "I cannot tell you why cause it's not your account the check is being drawn on, but the check is fine for a deposit, just not to be cashed". Carlos made the mistake of believing that I don't know that since the funds were verified to be available and business I received the check from has a healthy longstanding relationship with BOA, the refusal to cash the check solely was on him. Seeing as how I've never had issues at the branches I've gone to before, I believe I was profiled. My bank takes too long with deposits which is why I opt for cashing it instead, but now I'm gonna have to fall behind on bills because my check won't be available until around Wednesday thanks to Carlos. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH IF IT IS NOT YOUR USUAL BRANCH. This event took place on Friday December 20th, 2024... at the time of me writing this review it is now Tuesday December 24th, 2024. Christmas Eve, and I have no money due to being profiled by this man. I will at some point be looking into legal action due to the stress this is causing me and my family during an already stressful time

    This bank always has more than one customer service banker to help you and they are very quick…read morenever seen any problems there or wait in a line more than five minutes I'm impressed compared to the rest of Bank of America is two people in the whole bank
