They try to take your home if you miss 1 payment. They don't try to help but cause more sleepless nights and stress. big fan of karma.

Life feels unbearably heavy right now. All I was trying to do was consolidate my loans and credit card into one manageable monthly payment to simplify things during this difficult time. Instead, I was denied because my dad is a co-signer on one of my loans. The hard part is that he actually needs to be removed from that loan, he has cancer and should be focused on his health and his own responsibilities, not tied to my debt. I understand that banks follow policies and procedures, and I know personal circumstances don't always factor into decisions. Still, this experience left me feeling helpless for him and deeply discouraged at a time when I'm already stretched thin so thin with so many responsibilities. I just wish there had been a little more understanding or flexibility.

No singles, no tens, no fifties; just fives, twenties, and hundreds. The other location I've seen is also in a mall. This one is in the middle of a mall parking lot, but it doesn't share its building with any other business. It also has four outdoor ATMs, more than I've seen in a very long time. (There might be some inside as well, but I haven't been inside.) Fee-free money in denominations other than twenties is great. I wish more Bay Area credit-union ATMs did this.

I went to cash out it to the nearest Wells Fargo from home and she was being rude saying I couldn't cash my check because the check is under my business account and I am not a member there. Mind you I was there last week and they had no problem cashing it there for a larger amount. I ended up going to a different Wells Fargo and they cashed it out again no problem. It looks like she had eyes on me since the beginning I walked in because I was Hispanic. Someone needs to have a talk with her this is not okay.

I always get caught up with the people that need statements. Don't know what or what they're doing. they should have a minimum of five minutes and then make that person stand in line again I know that'll never happen but it's just a thought. They should have an Express Lane for people that just need cash or cash a check. I don't need to stand in line with people that need statements from three years ago. Also, I wish she didn't have to make an appointment to see a banker that is ridiculous. Also, I wish that the people that were walking around asking if they could help you or just go behind the counter and help me instead of just asking me if they could help me on the other side of the counter also the banking should know their hours that they are busy nothing worse than standing in line on a Friday with 35 people in line and only two tellers. If you have to make an appointment to see a teller maybe they shouldn't make appointments during rush hours or times of the day when they're busy all hands on deck during busy hours
