They also don't tell you that they will basically only provide services to you if you are located at a house (rather than an apartment complex) because you have to provide them access to water and electricity.. which is not always possible at an apartment. Their website allowed me to make an appoint and they sent me confirmation of my appointment. The appointment comes around and they no show. I call the number which seems to be someones personal cell phone. They answered and sounded like they just woke up. She proceeds to tell me that they aren't even open and it shouldn't have let me make an appointment. She also decides then would be a good time to tell me they won't even do the appointment without access to electricity. No apologies, nothing.
