The restroom conditions are very hit and miss. At least the receipt printers at the fuel dispensers have very rarely failed me. They also sell Exxon-branded diesel fuel, fried chicken (Chester's), snacks, drinks, and a very limited selection of automotive supplies. As this is a very convenient stopping point, it can get really busy here. Be cautious of traffic congestion and impatient drivers.

Called Brian Chappman the GM with my problem and he directed me to Robbie Burrell. Once Robbie got involved she was like a pit bull and took care of everything quickly and professionally. She knows what she is doing and does not take crap from anyone. If all the employees were as trained and operated like Robbie, Brian's job would be much better.
