Even though this location has lots of Shell gas pumps on both sides of the building, everything feels very tight on this corner. Congestion between the pumps is always a problem, and parking for the convenience store is almost nil. Its very hard to maneuver from one side of the property to the other, to access the exit I need, and often I have to just do a u-turn on Belcher to get into the direction I want. The back of the property offers a car wash, but I have not tried that.

I ordered some boots from Amazon and lo and behold they were too small. Amazon made it so easy to return this item. I just went back to the Amazon website made a few clicks printed out the return slip, and then dropped it off at this Amazon locker. No charge for this service. They give you a pin number to use when you get to the locker, once you enter the pin number a door opens and you place your item in the locker and shut the door and that's it, all done. All this is no charge!

It can attract a lot of foot traffic from low income housing nearby or the drug rehab across the streets so clearly it's not meant to serve the rich and entitled. They're always open so if I forgot something for my Thanksgiving or Christmas feast, this place can be my savior. The staff are usually new, no longevity here so why bother complaining or complimenting. I mean seriously, this convenience store is meant to be a place you can pop in, grab what you need, and go about your business. It's less sketchy than the no-name convenience store across the street, that's for sure! For gas, slurpees, and whatever else, they are a solid satisfactory establishment. Nothing more. The final time I went in to buy two candy bars the price label was wrong and was letting her know it needed to be fixed and she got a very bad attitude complaining again that isn't her job it's the managers and she has enough to do already and has no time. I spend too much money in this store to be treated like dirt by your staff. If she can't be pleasant with customers perhaps she shouldn't work in a customer service position. Terrible experience!!
