I wish I could give Walker Lawn Service more than 5 stars!…read more Before contacting Ray, I tried multiple lawn care services that I found via a quick google search and received no reply. As soon as we reached out to Ray, he answered us SAME DAY! We were so grateful! We sent Ray a few photos and he quickly quoted us a fair price and scheduled a quick clean up. Our yard was in ROUGH shape, and Ray fixed it up better than it was when we moved into the place. He was meticulous and thorough, and he exceeded my expectations! Our yard is tough - all rocks and mulch and big bushes and weeds - but he really knew what he was doing and got it looking nice! He also hauled everything away, which was nice. Now I'm not embarrassed about the way our yard looks! We really appreciate Ray. I would 10/10 recommend Walker Lawn Service and will absolutely have him back!

He was also great with communication, which honestly made the whole thing so easy. No chasing him down for updates. Would recommend if you need landscaping done right, without the runaround or overpaying! Thanks Cristian!

I feel slightly bad writing this review because Dan is a nice dude and he knows his stuff on…read moreplants, but I do feel the need to warn others. When he fertilized my lawn, instead of applying fertilizer only to the grass, he drove the fertilizer spreader all over my new concrete walkways, leaving dozens of ugly rust stains everywhere. I have spent hundreds of dollars on power washing and other attempts to resolve it and such attempts have made the problem worse, so I now have rust + discoloration all over my walkways, which is a major eyesore. It will cost me many thousands of dollars to fix this problem that Dan caused, since I will need to rip out and reinstall 3 new concrete pathways and a giant patio. Dan's response was extremely disappointing, he did not take responsibility and there was 0 concern or effort to fix the problem. I would caution against using Dan if you want someone who is thoughtful and careful on your property. I hope this review will ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Project: to fix my home irrigation issues. My three main points:…read more1 - Fast response - while others offered me dates 2 weeks in the future, J&J was onsite in 2 days. This is a huge difference in my book. 2 - They did a complete rebuild of my 24 year old home-made irrigation valve box, which we discovered had been built with inferior grade tubing. The new system is more streamlined, rugged, and puts out more water on all circuits. 3 - And maybe the most important, they came in WELL under my estimated budget for a project of this scope. BONUS - Jon (he's one of the J's) is a straight shooter, super honest and professional. Strongly recommend.

We called and made an appointment for the following day, and they came out and gave us a quote on all that we wanted to have done. One week later they came out and true to their word, they did everything we asked and the cleanup that they did was unlike anything we have experienced with companies. When they left our front and back yard was left immaculate. They quoted us a price, and they stuck to it. We will definitely call them for next Fall cleanup. Theresa & Sue

I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering this company!!…read more This has been one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. The company advertises "professional, reliable, trained experts," but the service has been anything but that from day one. From the very first visit, the quality of work was disappointing. The man who arrived performed work that honestly could have been done by a teenager for a fraction of the cost, yet we were charged nearly $300. When I asked basic lawn care questions, his trained expert opinion was he wasn't sure. Completely unsure and unable to provide answers! They also promise advance notice before arriving, but they have failed to do so repeatedly. Crews have shown up as late as 8PM on a Saturday without any communication. Most concerning, while we were out of town, they SOMEHOW entered our LOCKED backyard without permission. We never authorized access, and entering a locked yard without consent is completely unacceptable and felt like a violation of our privacy. On top of that, the work itself is careless. Weeds along the sides are ignored, grass clippings are left piled around the house. For the amount they charge, the service is nowhere near worth it. This company requires full payment for the entire season upfront, but when we tried to cancel due to poor service and requested a refund since they would not be completing a full season worth of services, we were told "sorry wish we could help you, but the money has already gone to operations". Despite multiple requests, I have yet to receive documentation supporting the alleged "verbal no refund would be issued agreement". To make matters worse, during one of my calls, I overheard another customer expressing similar frustrations with the company's service!! Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!
