You do know there are more songs in the world than just the 10-15 you play over and over ...right?…read moreMy god - if I hear Pink Pony Club AGAIN - why can't you just play all the good music of other years? Love to listen to music at work but when its the SAME playlist every single day....I'm about to go crazy. Radio stations just suck now.

Christina Aguilera - Your Body For what it is, this isn't a terrible song, but I'm started to get a sense of what this station is going to play. Goo Goo Dolls - Iris I take it back, I had no idea this was coming. This one is an old school shout out to the old Z95.3. Ian Carey & Rosette - Amnesia I could have sworn this was going to be some new cover of the Supremes "Keep Me Hanging On". It's not. The hook is a blatant ripoff in this monstrosity of a song. DJ comes on for some "fun" banter". Katy Perry - Wide Awake This song must be popular because this has come up before in my radio reviews on other stations, but I couldn't tell for the life of me why it is. Deborah Cox - Who Do You Love You know it's times like these that you really miss a guy like Phil Spector that could really pair great singers with great songs. Cox sounds like she has a great voice, but the music is bung. Advertisements (5-6 min) So just like that 30 minutes is by in a flash and I feel like this radio station caters to people that don't really like music. It reminds me of when I would go to parties in High School, and the host doesn't have any music except for a few that she ordered from Columbia House. This a corporate radio station though that's owned by one of the great entrpreneurs of our time, so it's hard for me to hate, so I just won't listen. 8/30 Yelp 30 in 30

Your previous programming format was (at least) entertaining ... however, now your new programming format is a rather pathetic choice. At least, FM 101 is not an elevator music station. Presently, there's absolutely no station playing music from the '50s (or earlier) - '70s' .... I assume all radio program management personnel assume that nobody over the age of 65 listens to the radio OR either that they just don't care or matter. With the demise of AM 600 (a few years ago) and AM 650 late in 2018 ... (just what Vancouver needs, another redundant sports 'talk' show). For any potentially viable (& 'listened to) radio station .... a lot of senior management would do themselves a tremendous favour by listening to and paying attention to KIXI light (AM 880 - Seattle). Virtually all radio stations in the Vancouver lower mainland really don't measure up and pale in comparison. I'd certainly like to see some sort of reply or comments from a senior programming executive from your organization. M. Richards

I listen to this station once a day for no more than 30 - 60 minutes otherwise it gets very repetitive. My Ipod has a better rotation of classic songs.

I know they have to get up really early, but that is still no excuse for the time will never get…read moreback if you spend your mornings listening to the Kid Carson show with Nira Arora & Amy Beeman. The ladies aren't so bad, but Kid, true to his name, is like listening to the class clown who constantly interrupted the Grade 10 English teacher. This morning they were trying to convince the single people of Vancouver that they should pay $60 to go to Pop Opera (http://www.yelp.ca/biz/pop-opera-vancouver#hrid:r2CPtB9SNfVEe6h3wnjppg) for some singles night to hook up with a "snuggle buddy" before Valentine's day. Gag. Do people listen to this crap? Really? They followed up by playing some top 40 dance anthem. Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Beyonce, Britney Spears and Kevin Rudolf f/ Lil Wayne are the current "Top 5" on their playlist and Miss Spears features twice in their Top 10. I do have to give props to the staff member who has to decide what's going to make "the worst of Kid Carson" clips. They have a LOT of bad commentary to review.
