My mother has a 2009 Nissan, it's been fully covered by this office for over a decade and for some reason for the last few months we have been having problems when it comes to her bill. It is never the same amount each month and when you call to see what's going on they blame California going up on prices and will say you made changes to your account that you and God himself know you did not. My mother's bill went from 72$ to $138 to $369 dollars in the matter of 2-3 months even though her car has not moved for over two years leading to no damage or accidents or even increase in mileage. I called yesterday and spoke to a nice lady (can't remember name but it was not Leslie or Olga) to get a understanding of what the hell is going on she seemed as confused as me but end up finding out someone changed my mothers mileage from 8k to 12k not based on my mothers mileage but based on what drivers are doing in the area????? I said that is crazy because my mom does not drive and it's not fair to be paying for a quote thats not accurate for HER driving. She said she could have them make an adjustment if they could get a updated odometer I explained that my mothers car is dead and unable to even open so we would need to call road ride service in order for that to happen but because they closed at 5 it wasn't enough time so I told them I would call back in the morning after we got the car jump started. Skip to the next day I go through the app to call for roadside service and I'm hit with a message saying that I don't have roadside service which is ridiculous because we have been using that 5 times a month damn near for the last two years minus these past few months because my mother has been in and out the hospital due to Covid so it was of no use recently. I call the office to get more clarification of what is going on and that's where I am greeted from the lady Olga who decided to laugh in my ear while I explained how unfair this is especially for a 83 year old woman who is trusting in you guys to handle her account accordingly especially since she's been with him for 40+ years. She looks at the account and tells me that my mother doesn't have road side service because she doesn't have collision...meanwhile my mother nor I have called to remove that but when I told her that she says thats what the agent Leslie wrote in the notes so there is nothing she can do about it I would have to talk to the person who wrote the note. Mind you this is not the first time this Leslie person has messed up our account or made things difficult where I had to call the next day and try to convince these people she made the mistake. Even got on the phone with her where she told me I was lying and I decided I would never have her help me again. Unfortunately I fucked up talking to her again a few weeks moving to fast and not realizing who I was talking to. Just stay away from here man. Now my mothers insurance is canceling tomorrow because in order to get road side service back on they are requiring I pay for liability when my insurance should be full coverage. It's such a let down to have to go through this now my mother is worried for her life insurance policies because these people obviously don't care about their customers anymore just trying to rip any amount they can from older folks and anybody else who doesn't pay attention to their account. My best advice if you have to deal with these people to avoid the hassle of moving things over go through the customer service line rather than the office ...the calls are recorded and they won't have the chance to lie on you.

    This company is FRAUD. They take my money out of my retirement account every month for the last 5…read moremonths and I haven't receive any type of benefits. I have not received any information or insurance card to use it. I called them many times, left them messages and also sent them emails. No one from this agency has reach out to me. I receive 210 dollars a month from my pension, and this company still wants to steal my money. After I called to this agency (1800-817-8838) a total of 8 times today (8/25/2022), I finally got through with a representative, Jackie. She said that my dental plan will be canceled on 9/1/2022. I have a screenshot of the number of times I call them. I also recorded the conversation to ensure that my dental plan will be canceled. I asked them for my refund and of course it was denied. I guess everyone wants free money this day. If I don't see my plan get canceled on 9/1/2022, I have all my documentation, a recorded conversation and emails to show that I reached out to Pacific Group Agencies, since June, July and August, then I believe can move forward to file a claim with California Department of Insurance, which Jackie told me on the that her agency is licensed and regulated by them ( http://www.insurance.ca.gov). This is not threat, I have looked at the claim on the website. Department of Insurance makes it very easy to file directly on their website. If anyone has issues with this company, please look at Department of Insurance website. Please make your write down the date and time of your calls, take photo or screenshots of your emails, and record them if get a hold of them. It is very easy to record them on IPhone.

No one like having to deal with an accident or mishap involving your car especially when it was parked but I found what is probably the best auto body and repair shop in Orange County. My car was covered by the other driver's AAA insurance. AAA and the Legacy Body Shop team did an amazing job processing the claim and completing the repairs before Thanksgiving. The AAA staff were amazing with stellar communication and follow-up. Thanks to Rich Tabach, Angel Nguyen and Tiffany for solid team work and customer service in delivering and unsurpassed quality in the completion of my car's repairs. Happy Thanksgiving. I was in Valencia and decided to stop by this office as it was convenient at the time. I was quoted a dollar amount for the card I added, then received the statement and it was higher. I thought "No big deal". I'll call to check why it's higher. I called this office to speak to the rep that helped me that day and the voice mail said he was out of the office a couple of days and to speak to another gentleman. So I called and this guy said "yeah John Doe" hahaha will be back next week. Ok, I called the following week and his voice mail was still the same "I'll be back Tuesday", I was like "shouldn't he be back?" I called and left messages on both extensions and still no response. As I was writing this review I received the call back. I just don't understand why I had to wait so long. I figured another office would be able to help me so I called an office in Reseda and the automated system went retarded on me, I figured "let me call the location on Chatsworth and guess what? The retarded automated system is everyone. After I received the call back my issue was resolved, but in the modern world, why would anyone have to wait two weeks to get something resolved? I'm just saying.
