Got good advice on dental care and a walkthrough of my X-rays. They validate for parking so don't pay for it! Just park and go upstairs with your license plate in hand.

Called this office to get an idea of how much money my adjustment would cost. Receptionist said ZERO charge for doctor to evaluate. Booked an appointment & just expected their opinion & price estimate before any charge. (Beware they do run behind). In no way did MCKENNA/LASHGARI or ANY of his staff inform me they would be charging me. He adjusted 2 wires in 23 minutes (I watched the clock in front of me) & charged me $100!! Literally slightly adjusted 2 wires in 2 minutes & talked the rest of the time!! I was shocked & appalled! He never stopped & mentioned he would have to charge me. I paid & thought about it for a few days. I felt I was totally ripped off & had to call the office to discuss. One receptionist was incredibly nice & really understood where I was coming from. I'm glad that we made the drive across the bridge because it was 100% worth it. My daughter's treatment was virtually painless. I remember going 2-3 days eating nothing but pudding, spaghetti and jello and at the most she had an hour or 2 of just being mildly uncomfortable. While I had chewed down Advil like they were Altoids - she never needed anything for her pain. Most importantly her new smile is AMAZING. Her teeth are perfect! And GONE are the days of the retainer that looks like a wire across the front teeth. New retainers are like Invisalign! I always ask her if she has it in because I can't even see it until I'm up close. Dr. Rosenberg is very interesting to talk to and very concerned with his patients experiences at his practice. His staff is friendly and caring. They were very good to my daughter for every one of her visits.
