Circum is a riverfront sculpture on the Jeffersonville Indiana side of the Ohio river that is meant to show the relationship with the city and the river.
Pretty cool sculpture that per the signs was donated or erected for the mayor of the city. Located in a very nice portion of Jeffersonville near several popular eateries, nice parks and of course the river. If you walk to the overlook platform and look to the side you will see this sculpture.
Overall it's a near addition to the riverfront. Always good to see new sculptures and pieces of public art. read more
