One of the newer murals in Jeffersonville was created by local artist Wilfred Sieg III back in 2018. An old water tank was painted all the way around. Even the top (sorry, I don't have a drone to take a picture!)
As part of the NoCo Arts and Cultural District, it is just one of the items North (No) of Court (Co) Avenue that is "transforming the area into an inspiring and intriguing place to live, work and visit!" (see weblink for more info.)
The mural is full of color and unusual images, many which have eyes that are either looking at the viewer or at other images in the painting.
I found it interesting that there is also a small building next to the tank that is in black and white and depicts a number of shells. No title or signature are on the building, so it may be part of the water tank mural.
I don't know how long it took to paint such a massive mural, but it definitely adds a bright splash of color to the area. I hope it remains well maintained and free from graffiti.
