I chose today because I was off and the time was convenient. Only myself and another person who was there before me was waiting. We were met with "did y'all have an appointment" very stern and funky. Fast forward, when taking my blood you could feel her agitation. She gave me a card for the appointment line that I didn't ask for. Then after taking my blood I was going to hold the cotton over the site while she did whatever and I was met with "I got it" in another funky tone. While I completely understand, the frustration of being met with patients that don't have an appointment on a daily basis, I don't feel that her response to us was warranted.

The building is broken up by a North and South side with separate entrances. Though you can still access each side from the interior. There is ample parking in the front and rear of the building and they have a first floor pharmacy. I've expanded to some other departments thanks to the ease and speed of scheduling and the care I've received has been amazing.

He actually listens to all of my concerns about my health and asks additional questions regarding them. He listens to me because I know my body. I'm a nurse so I know medication. We work together to come up with a treatment plan. If he suggests a medication I'm not comfortable with taking he comes up with another option. He has referred me to other doctors for different medical needs and I was pleased with the doctors he referred me to. I honestly look forward to my appointments. (All the other staff were great also!)…read more I have always worked and played hard, so my body pays the price, but until a couple weeks ago I could usually fix my aches and muscle tension with some stretching and a massage... Not this time. I woke up one morning in terrible pain after working too hard and getting stressed out and dehydrated, and I couldn't move my entire upper right quadrant (neck/back/shoulder). I spent the next two weeks doing my usually rehydrate, stretch, handfuls of ibuprofen, and a professional massage.... But no dice, the chronic aching and tension never subsided. I was losing sleep and losing patience, so my wife looked up physical therapy near us and found Millennium. Dr. Vicky was my therapist and listened to my entire backlog story on how I ended up this way and what hurt, then started probing and working on the tension, and within 30 min she had my exact problem worked out and proceeded to give me a gradually increasing stretching and strengthening plan. Every member of the staff worked together in a very positive atmosphere of talking and laughing while working with patients and I looked forward to every day of treatment with them. I was brought in via ambulance two times within a 3-day period. I broke my wrist and was taken to…read morethe ER. The first visit to the ER, the employees were super friendly. The nursing staff was on point; they numbed my arm really well and adjusted my wrist bone that was broken. Afterwards, I was sent home. Everything was fine once I got home, but I had no sling and a very heavy cast on the following day. My whole hand was numb, so I called to talk to the advice nurse. I was advised to come back to the hospital because something wasn't right. The second time I went back was two days later via ambulance again to the ER. I was taken to a room they took the cast off, but they didn't give me enough pain medication when they were adjusting my wrist. I almost jumped off the gurney. I was in so much pain. I complained to the doctor that was fixing my wrist about the pain, but they didn't do anything about it. The water used to apply. The plaster was so hot; it was literally burning my arm. I complained about it to the doctor. Of course, they did nothing about it. I'm not a type of person that complains about anything. The second time, I was not impressed whatsoever. That is why I'm getting such a low score. I don't know if it was the other staff or is it the doctors or what the deal was, but I was not happy about it all. I complained about not having a sling the first time around. Why the cast was coming off the second cast literally came off two days after I got the cast on. After that, I was done. I went back to Cleveland Clinic. I'm sure there are other places in this hospital that are decent, but as far as my experience, I will not come back here.

Upon arriving at the office on July 16 at 9:15 I had said that I was here for my 9:15 appointment....I was greeted and told that I did not have an appointment scheduled for that day. I had cut a vacation short to make sure I had made it to this initial appointment...after waiting some 4 mos. give or take a week or two.... I handed the receptionist my paperwork and appointment card that had the appointment time on it and was told that I had to reschedule for the following wednesday, because a hygenist had called off, and there wasn't s slot open for me.I believe I handled the situation with as much grace as was able to not getting upset or saying anything rude. It is not my problem what the internal staffing problems are at the office, and frankly I don't want to hear what the businesses issues are to as to why they can not accomodate my appointment. I accepted the appointment for the following wednesday and called back today, to find out what the cost of the appointment would be as to I am paying cash. I was told 300 dollars and it was due on the day of the visit. I asked if I could submit a partial payment, and pay the balance due two days later. I was told no.it was due in full. The billing policy is understandable, I am a cash customer, and got screwed out of an appointmet that I have waited 4 months for!!!!!! No one in the office was willing to work with me and had the attitude like this wasn't a big deal!!! I'm sure the client list is large enough that my money doesn't matter a whole hell of a lot, but the screw ups on their end should have been handled with much more grace and a willingness to make things right...... I hope this office rectifies their situation in customer service soon, it is a shame that a family that has worked years to build such a thriving practice would put up with this level of service......
