This is one of the best kept secrets in WPB! The service is basically a FREE Uber ride. If you are just moving around the downtown area and looking for connections to convention center to hotels this is the service for you. The service operates with an app very similar to Uber/Lyft. The service is generally Free unless you plan a trip to the beach. There is a fee for that ride. The service uses GEM electric vehicles - overpriced golf carts. The ride is surprisingly comfortable and safe. It has no air conditioning but it does keep you out of the rain. Great affordable service. Remember to tip the driver. The Circuit is terribly unrelaible. On January 5th, I ordered a ride at 4:30PM. The estimated arrival time initially showed 15 minutes, which was then pushed back to 30 minutes. Shortly after, the driver called and assured me he would arrive in 15 minutes. Despite this, by 5:20PM the driver still not arrived, forcing me to cancel the ride after waiting over 50 minutes. BTW I got a ride home with a colleague and there was no traffic in Palm Beach and no traffic over the bridge and along Flagler Drive. This level of serivce is unacceptable. Accurate wait times and reliable service are basic expectations. You either need to hire more drivers to significantly improve you system so customers are not misled and left waiting indefinitely. Do not ride with a gentleman named Ed S with Pompano Beach Rode circuit he's extremely rude demands a tip and if not he will cancel every single one of your rides that he gets. 5-13-23 Went to my circuit app while at Margaritaville Resort and put in for a ride to my home. I was traveling alone so you note one passenger. Within minutes later the golf car like vehicle pulls up. Note on the app you prepay before the ride $2.00 per person. So minutes later I am dropped off at my home. This service if you go to their website is offered in many touristy areas in the country. For me I am lucky the same ride in an Uber/Lyft would have been $15.00. So believe me I tip the driver well knowing that fact also it is easier and quicker. Being so close to the beach and parking is $48.00 a day at Margaritaville this is a no brainer. I highly recommend you to take this while visiting Hollywood as well as there many other locations they service. Go to www.ridecircuit.com. When family comes to visit they say should I rent a car? I always say why bother spending the money when you can go to the beach on this. I have only used this twice. The first time was a positive experience but no so for the second. Last night I ordered it to go to The Honor Bar in PB. The guy went the opposite way to pick someone else up, then he said he was picking up a 3rd person who again was in the wrong direction. At that point I told him he was going the wrong way. Then he asked me for directions! I had asked him what time he stopped picking up as I would need a ride back. He said 9pm. So at 8:30pm I ordered my ride back. No one answered. The driver we had was great, it the service it self that is horrible. It done at 10pm on a Thursday night and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. Why bother, if you want to have some drinks late just expect to take an Uber or Lyft if your out past 11pm on weekends, or walk back to your hotel. Plus you have to down load there app and give them all your information so they can track it. This is the bomb. We discovered this service on arrival to WPB Brightline. Our initial driver, Rory, told us all about it, how to use it, offered some excellent restaurant suggestions for our stay. We used this exclusively all around WPB and into and out of PB twice. It's free within the downtown zone and a $5 charge to/from PB ($1 extra for an additional person). The App worked really well, letting us know how busy the service was and letting us know what to expect in terms of a wait. You tip the drivers either through the App or via cash. Great for those with few resources locally, and a boost for travelers like us. We opted to tip $10 per ride as that's what I'd have paid for an Uber/Lyft (at least). My App shows that w took a total of 9 trips. We had 7 separate drivers (Vinnie drove us 3 times by coincidence). Excellent every time, friendly, informative. The 3 times our ride was shared with others, everyone was friendly and jolly and full of advice. What a great service and find. read more
