One reason they got awful photographer to work with is because their pay rate to photographers is very low. I can say it is insulting to professional level who invested in time in studying photography and money in high end cameras and computers. Their requirement are D-SLR with wider than18mm lens, external flash, and heavy duty tripod with panoramic head. Also you need to have your own transportation, computer with calibrated monitor(s), and internet access. They will pay $48 per location. They said this price could be higher if the customer choose more expensive package. But in the real world, the lowest rate for a property with less than 2,500 SqFt is $150. With same photo equipments and requirements. Not to mention higher market at $1,000 or more per location. So the quality of the images you will get from this business is the value of how much they pay photographers, $48. read more

Stay AWAY!! They lock you in a longterm contract with no ability to leave if they hurt your business. Circlepix has had countless issues regarding my account. Delays with posting my listings, double posts in my accounts. When I asked them to correct the issues they were unable etc. They have done nothing but created more problems with me. when I voiced my concerns with mgt I was told that I would not be able to leave my contract and would need to pay for the remainder of my term if I was unhappy. I'm a Texas Licensed Realtor in the Texas Panhandle. As an office, we were so excited to get going on Circlepix. Not only did it take awhile to set up (while they were billing), but the feeds were not reliable. They told our company that we could absolutely get out of our contract and offered our exit for a huge part of the contract fee. Crazy! The software seems very easy to use while they're zipping through everything, but even as a tech saavy millennial, it proved rather difficult. There is a 2 year contract FOR A REASON! If your customers are satisfied, you would never even have to require one...JUST A NOTE. NOT IMPRESSED!!! read more

These guys are the worst and they have the worst attitude imaginable. I was a property manager for years and long time ago I used circlepix for a large number of photographs and tours and they were just fine. Those days are over. At the time I was a property manager I bought what they call a six pack. Simply put, I paid in advance for 6 virtual tours would still photographs. I got out of property management and I held onto my tours. Or so I thought.... when it came time to use them they broke me the news that part of their fine print was I notice to say the tour's had an expiration date. Well I suppose somebody could blame me for not reading the small print but why in the hell would I think paying for something in advance such as a number of virtual tours would ever have an expiration date?How Preposterous is that. Anyway after having a big long debate with Darcy their head honcho over there who I might add is a total jerk the conversation went nowhere. She told me after much of begging and pleading she would allow me to use one of the tour's. But you just wouldn't allow me to use one of the six tours I already paid for. The other five we'll just have to go in the trash can. That wasn't bad enough . She insisted I pay the difference in what the tour would cost today versus when I bought them originally. I said to her I'm eating it on 5 tours do you want to nickel and dime me on lousy tour your allowing me to use. She didn't back down. Talk about no customer service! She was the poster child for being argumentative and not trying in any way shape or form to be accommodating. I thought that would be the end of it because I certainly wouldn't use them again. Unfortunately today when I tried to upload some of the photos from one of the last virtual tours they did for me onto VRBO I got an error message saying the resolution wasn't good enough. I called circlepix and sadly once again I got Darcy the jerk. She proceeded to tell me each photographer could use the camera of their choice and there was no continuity to how the resolution came out. She said I should have asked in advance what the resolution was going to be so they could tell me whether they would be high enough. I said to her why in the world would I ask you about resolution whenever eat or I have gotten over the last 10 years was fine. I asked her why do you not have continuity throughout all the photographs that you take so the people can simply depend on getting something that's going to accommodate their needs. Anyway, she started with the same crap again standing on her soapbox about how they were always right and I didn't know anything and I said to myself I don't need the aggravation I'm not going to try to make sense with somebody that is illogical and I know in my heart I am never going to turn around. So do yourself a favor and Learn by the reviews written before me and this one and pass on circlepix. There's plenty of companies out there with great reputations, wonderful photographers and more importantly customer service. It is a super competitive world of Photography and virtual tours. You don't need the aggravation. read more

Every time I have interacted with this company, I have had great results. I find they are knowledgeable and very helpful. The products they have are great, and cutting edge. Every three months they come out with a new product. I LOVE that. The newest thing they have is an app where I can show people all of the features they will get if they chose me as an agent. I could never put together a presentation like that on my own. I have really enjoyed working with this company, and I will continue working with them for as long as I can. read more

I was incredibly dissatisified, appalled even, by the poor excuse this company calls "customer service." In addition to sending out an absolutely awful photographer, when I asked to have the images re-shot (they were THAT bad)... they sent the same photographer out! On his second trip, the photographer was late, made inappropriate comments, refused to switch lenses when specifically asked (don't you just hate photographers that think wide-angle is the only way to go???), and then he said he'd be back that night to take an exterior shot of the building. He didn't show, nor did he show the next morning when he was supposed to be bringing by the proofs. In fact... he didn't show or call for two weeks!!! By the time he did call, he admitted that he had simply forgotten about the job. He also admitted that the second round of photos were blurry and poor quality and wanted to come out that afternoon to re-shoot them (for the third time, in case you've lost track). It was the afternoon of an enormous marketing event and was not doable for our staff, so I told him to call me the next morning and I would be happy to schedule something that week. Instead of doing so, he simply submitted the photos that he admitted were poor quality. When we asked for a refund, we were told by a Circle Pix representative that the company would be glad to "work with" the pictures that were already shot to choose the best of the lot (of which there were none) and that the pictures, "in [their] opinion looks very good." Despite the laundry list of complaints and taking the complaints to upper management, the company still decided that "it does not warrant a refund." All of that to say, simply, that I would never recommend this company to anyone who expects professional and polite service from their vendors. read more

Very Disappointing Experience! I ordered on Wednesday to schedule a Monday appointment. After no one confirmed on Thursday, I called and was told my payment was received and I should get contacted by a photographer shortly. Today is Friday, no photographer, so I call again. I was told, my payment did not process, and the order was in the cart still, due to a website glitch. So we processed the payment and I was told the photographer would be calling back shortly. Instead Circlepix calls me 30 minutes later to inform me they actually dont have a photographer in the area, and that it will cost me an additional $90. I asked them to pay that, and they said no, but they would credit me $20. Now I need to find a new photographer and quick! Thanks for charging my credit card and wasting my time CirclePix! read more

This might be the dumbest group of people I've ever tried to work with. They are seeking a real estate photographer for a certain zip code...within 30 minutes of that zip code. I live near the border of two states - my zip code is different that that of the zip code that want to serve...across the state line, but only 10 minutes away. The goofus at CirclePix said they did a zip code search and found that I was too far away...I can see the property from my bedroom window! Not so smart. I suspect its a scam anyway...they've been looking for a photographer for 4 months and can't find one...wonder why read more

I would give them zero but have to check one. BE CAREFUL!!!These guys are horrible!! We cancelled this service after our 1 year contract, they kept taking the monthly when we complained and retracted our payment, conveniently the person we were dealing with had left so they had no record of anything. They are now suing us for a 1 year contract!! REALLY!! Ruining their reputation because 1 of their employees did not do their job. I will share my story with every Broker in Houston to make sure nobody makes the mistake of signing up their office. In the end, was it worth it for them.
