I don't enjoy doing yoga solo at home. I tried a hot yoga class and instantly fell in love. The instructors at KOM were helpful and accommodating to my level and every other student in the class. They offer a wide variety of classes from barre to power yoga to a juicy slow flow class. As a client, I am able to make the class I take my own - giving myself the option to try a new arm or standing balance during the practice, or slightly increasing or decreasing a stretch if I need to. There's no pressure to do the moves perfectly, so I was able to move at my own pace, which was super important to me. My mobility and stretching movements are limited right now and I feel this is a place where I can comfortably work on me! Yoga Gypsy offers 19 classes a week.
