Not only did he not charge my anything to fix it, but showed me how to do it properly and safely myself. I brought my bike back for a tune-up later on, and it looks & feels brand new, running smooth. There's a 60 day guarantee on adjustments made, but I don't think I'll need to bring it back for a while :) Thanks for restoring The Black (Rocky Mountain Metropolis)!

October 27, 2019…read more It's a rainy day today and I can't ride my bike so I must write a note as to what happened on the morning of August 15, 2019. My bike needed some repair so I decided to take it to Spoke & Sprocket on 1890 Hyde Park Rd. London Ont. N6H 5L9. The owner gave me a price to repair it which I agreed to and told me to come back the next morning at 7:00 am and said it would be ready. At 7:00 am sharp the next morning I showed up and he went to get my bike. He went to pick the bike out of the repaired pile but could not locate it. Somehow it was delegated to be repaired that afternoon. He was extremely apologetic and told me to return in 1 hour and it would be fixed free of charge for his mistake. I returned in one hour to find new brake pads installed front and back with new cables. He also replaced the shifter cable and adjusted the shifter so it meshed properly in all gears. He also greased the chain and sprocket and yes it was FREE. I only have the most highly regards to this man and his company for his outstanding service. While trekking is offered many places in the states, I took the opportunity to visit Boler Mountain. The part offers biking, an adventure park, volleyball and many other activities. During the winter, they offer things like skiing. We purchased tickets for the treetop adventure for beginners concluded with the big zip. The Big Zip is an 1100 foot zip line that takes you to the bottom of the mountain and was included in the ticket. Being that this was our first time trekking, we had no clue what to expect , but Madison was extremely helpful with showing us how to utilize our equipment during the demo and we had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend doing the beginners if this is your first time, but if you find that you like it, you should upgrade to the intermediate. I would recommend to wear comfortable tennis shoes as it can be a little bit slippery if your shoes are not sturdy. They also have The Patio where people can order drinks/food and is open in the evening. Special thanks to the entire staff as they were extremely helpful to me and my boyfriend. Cole was very knowledgeable about London and surrounding areas and gave us tons of history and recommendation for the city. Everything was clean here and we didn't encounter any issues. When we arrived to the beginners area, we did not see anyone but it's because the staff was helping someone who was stuck on the zip line. We just went ahead and began the course but usually there is someone there to help you. Luckily, we got through the entire course without an issue. We loved it and hope to visit Boler Mountain again!

The instructor was very hands-on and by the end of the lesson, they were skiing down the bunny hill without any problem. We enjoyed our day at Boler Mountain and had a great experience.
