I find him to be very responsive, he often returns my call or texts after hours if he was busy. I have never had him cancel an appointment. In fact in many cases, he opens up early or stays late to accomodate me. I highly recommend Vince at the Barber Pole Barrie. My biggest complaint is that he is sometimes too busy, and that I have to wait a few days when I don't book appointments early enough.

If he has a busy schedule, he makes the effort to fine a date/time which is convenient. The quality of craftsmanship, what Vince does is truly a skill. I have him cut my hair, trim my beard, and help me style - and every time, I leave looking like a million bucks! He is steady, and the feeling you have after a wet shave is amazing. In addition to this, Vince accommodated a beard style and shave for my wedding party. They all looked incredible!! I highly recommend giving Vince a try. ( closed Mondays ) Apparently they only want to work when it's convenient for them... No wonder so many residents travel out of town for hair cuts..
