Dani(sp?) the team leader(she gave this title to a customer she was harassing) acted unhinged and walked around the store screaming at an elderly woman who was told by an employee to come back because her discount had not applied earlier in the day for circle k members. The store employee kept saying it didn't start until noon and she should know that but clearly the employee from earlier in the day wasn't aware of it either. Is there something in the water here!!? This is the second employee at an establishment that I've seen bully an elderly person today. Circle K would absolutely not be ok with this kind of behavior and even though I'm not directly involved I will be calling the corporate office and complaining. Dani's behavior was borderline psychotic and a local woman egging her on was just bizarre. These women are old enough to know right and wrong behavior. We decided not to get gas here because we don't want to contribute to their economy when this behavior seems to be normalized. Weird. read more

Always happy when walking into a Circle K but quickly became disappointed because the slurppy machine was not working and no food on the roller grill. The poor cashier was alone and looked as though she had not had a break since she started her shift. That did not stop her from being very friendly, and the smile never left her face. Take care when going to get gas there early in the a.m. It can be bitter cold in the morning, and the pumps run with the speed of a sloth. 19 degrees on a cold winter morning was likely generous for Williams, AZ. People, you need to remember - towns/cities get an average snowfall of 28 inches across the U.S. William's averages about 74 inches of snow a year! It's flippin' COLD there. You're not allowed to run your car while waiting for gas, so you basically have to freeze in your car while waiting for the gas to slowly infuse. Took me 18 minutes to fill a 22 gallon tank. That's simply NUTS. Best advice - go during the day when it's warmer. read more

It's a Circle K not bad but could use some work on the inside. Half the drink machines were down and no slurpy. One of the reasons I choose Circle K is consistency, but the one falls a little short. The staff was friendly, and that helped. Be warned very small parking lot so I wouldn't take a RV here or a trailer. read more

This is not the place you want to stop if you're traveling. I purchased fuel, but they did not have any water in the basins to wash my windshield. I did not get a receipt so I had to go in, wait in line, and ask for one. I went to use the bathroom and it was out of use. The only bright side was that it was in a cool part of town on Route 66. We like Circle K's because they're like McD's...consistant almost everywhere you go. This Circle K in Williams was no exception. Plus, the coffee is usually on point, and we use the awards keyring thingy as well for points and possible free goodies. Oh yeah, the gas is usually affordable too. Bathroom were clean! This store is open early and late. They have decent priced fuel (especially compared to California), and the coffee is ready for weary travelers. It is in between two one way streets, very easy to get in and out. Staff is polite. Gas can be had cheaper out by the interstate, it is very convenient to buy here. Staff was polite the few times I was here. If a few cents a gallon is no big deal, a good stop for fuel. read more

My grandmother and i went into circle k to get my grandmother some wine. I am permitted to have a little alcohol when i'm with my family. My grandmother asked me what i liked and i told her. She put her wine on the counter and asked to see a miniature and the lady behind the counter asked to see my ID and my grandmother told her i was only 19 but that i was permitted to have some alcohol with my family. The lady said it doesn't matter i cant sell that to you bc you asked her what she liked and i heard you say that to her. So my grandmother said "well i'll leave the miniature and just take the wine" like she was originally going to do. she said "no i can't sell you the wine bc she's under age and i heard you ask her that question." Purchased $80 of fuel here, and went in to use the restroom, only to be told they're closed "due to Covid". How lame of an excuse, when restrooms every other place are open. Pretty cheap gas, super close to the center of Williams. There's not a lot of space to get in and out of the gas structure, but it's usually not an issue. Not sure about the quality of gas, but it's cheap so if you have a rented car, just come here! read more

This gas station is pretty much what you'd expect: it's a convenient location right in the middle of town, serves up regular/midgrade/premium gasoline, and has plenty of snacks inside. The location also have an ATM and some basic car maintenance supplies. The gas price here seems to be on par with everything in the surrounding few miles. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, and everything you expect to find at a proper gas station. read more

Extremely dumbfounded why a business would feel the need to authorize and hold $700 on a debit card for a family filling a gas tank. Not $100 but SEVEN HUNDRED!! We are a military family relocating from the northeast to overseas and just stopped to get gas. No worries, we don't need to use our money. (Sarcasm in case you missed it.) My husband had 21 additional charges on his card. When he called the gas station after talking to the bank, the woman was rude, blamed the bank, told him he could take it up with the manager if we didn't like their business practices, and hung up on him. We aren't idiots. This is not normal or acceptable as a "business" practice. Steer clear of this shady "business." We will let our bank handle it as they confirmed its highly suspect. read more
