That's pretty much how long it takes. It literally takes like 30 minutes to fill 13 gallons (13 gallons is what showed on screen). Well, give or take because the numbers on pump screen and the amount of gas pushing into the vehicle are completely different. Completely different in which my vehicle overflowed the gas tank with gas. Even though there is a mechanism in place that makes it where it stops putting gas in the gas tank. The manager working the gas station knew that it was a problem but never put signs on the pumps stating their was a problem (only after I left they added the signs).

The machine did not work and so the clerk told me that she could not cash my winning ticket. I was told that I would have to stop somewhere else before I left the state. I stopped hours later in Jacksonville, Florida to cash in my winning ticket. The friendly clerk happily scanned my ticket and informed me that my ticket had been paid already. I explained to her about the clerk at 5980 Okeechobee Blvd said that she was unable to cash my ticket. The clerk in Jacksonville told me to contact the Florida Lottery commission. I did and was told to write a letter and explain what happened and someone would look into it. A few weeks later I received a letter stating that it was cashed at this store! I mailed them a letter explaining what the commission had advised and they did not respond! I find it so unprofessional for a company to not respond to a formal letter and request. I am shocked that a business would allow their employees to steal money from a paying customer or if the mistake was an honest one then the owner has a responsibility to correct the error. I am confident that the drawer either balanced meaning the clerk took my winnings or the overage ended up in the pocket of the owner of this gas station!! Avoid this gas station as they condone or allow customers to be cheated!! Any reputable business owner would have responded to the written letter with copies of the proof of the situation. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! PATRONIZE HONEST BUSINESSES!! BE WARY OF THIS GAS STATION!!!!!

This immediately turned my visit upside down. The employee stated that she is unable to issue refunds because she doesn't have the code, and her manager doesn't trust anyone with it. She began to raise her voice and yell that she would have to pay out of her own pocket. I informed her that I do not want the money directly from her; I just want to return the nonfunctional item and have the money credited back to my card. Ultimately, this person began to scream and curse at me for insisting on a refund. She stated that the only person who can complete a refund is "Miranda" and that I will have to return to the store on a different day. Speedway, please review the store camera footage on Saturday, May 9th around 4:20pm. I don't feel comfortable returning to the store because of the employee's threats and screaming. I would love to still obtain my refund. I am letting the public know about this individual. She seems ready to explode and prone to violence.
