I was there early so not too many people. Ambiance was good, not too loud or anything. I also got a Mango Chamoy Slushie which was very good, best I ever had. Actually haven't had one before then. This review is actually for about 3 weeks ago. I'm writing it now since they've earned it.

They serve a variety of burgers, sandwiches, wings, dogs, desserts, and meals include either a side of tots, fries, cucumbers with chamoy and lucas, or corn in a cup. Other sides are available as well. This trip since we craved for burgers, ordered: Bistro burger- wonderfully seasoned and cooked, served on sourdough, with avocado, grilled onions and mushrooms, mayo. One thing that should be added, the works, I felt it would be even better with the addition of lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. I ordered the cucumbers sans chamoy and lucas. I appreciate simple veggies. Mexican burger- excellent! Juicy burger with cheese, jalapenos, pico de gallo, bacon and the works. The tater tots had a nice and crispy outer texture as it should. Overall- very good. Tasty, reasonable, clean, and great service. We'll have to make sure to come back sooner!

I had a very disappointing experience due to the manager's handling of my order. The manager I…read moreinteracted with was Anthony. I originally asked for Colby Jack cheese, but my sandwich was made with Pepper Jack. When I pointed this out, the employee handed the sandwich to the cook in the back. Instead of remaking it, he removed the two slices of Pepper Jack and placed Colby Jack on the same sandwich, which was disappointing from both a food quality and customer service standpoint. When I received the sandwich back, it was completely cold. I asked for a new sandwich. The first one was thrown away, but when I received the replacement, that sandwich was also cold. When I explained the issue to the manager, Anthony responded with a grin and stated, "The sandwich is not guaranteed to be warm because we are a fast-paced company." I then asked if it could be toasted, and he told me they "can't do that." His tone felt dismissive rather than solution-focused. At that point, I asked for a refund since I was not going to eat a cold sandwich. Anthony chuckled, then asked for my card. The interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially coming from a manager. Chick-fil-A's mission states that the company strives "to glorify God by being a faithful steward and having a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A." Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that mission. I have always associated Chick-fil-A with high standards of food quality and exceptional customer service, which is why this situation stood out so strongly. I hope this location reviews proper food handling procedures and reinforces customer service expectations, particularly for leadership roles.

I mean don't get me wrong, I love me some gwavy, ketchup, even a little mussy at times, but nothing beats Chick-fil-A sauce for me. I know when most people come here, they are getting nugs or a chicken sandwich... people don't sleep on da tendies! Bweaded to perfection, nice cwisp, and so succulent when dipped into some sauce. I be gargling down sauce. And that's where the great customer service comes in. They don't bat an eye when I be asking for 10 sauces, they just be hustlin up in there. They know how I be getting down with my tendies so no questions asked. I'm normally a cwinkle fwy kinda guy but I make the exception for the waffle fwies. And the little dipping packets of ketchup... genius! Allows me to be just be grippin and dippin! One hand with my tendie and some sauce, and fries and ketchy in the other. Overall it's a 5 bark rating! Next time you check out Chick-fil-A, try a tendie and when you do, tell em Lara sent you!

I got really excited when he told me about it because they have all the "organ meats" we love: cabeza, lengua, tripas, etc. We saw this location last week when we were eating pho next door. I remember it opened as one of two Krystal Burgers in San Antonio. Unfortunately, the burgers didn't go over here. I don't know what else has been in this location since. I never paid attention. Today, I had a rare Saturday physical therapy appointment and decided to drive here and grab some takeaway to see if my son was right about it. I should have known not to doubt him! I ordered a cabeza burrito and a tripas taco. When I got home, I could not believe how huge they were and how much meat was stuffed inside them. I ate half of each of them before I had to stop. They were both absolutely delicious.I am not a fan of the tiny pieces of tripas, but they were perfectly cooked and plentiful. The cabeza was gooey and greasy like old fashioned barbacoa before most places started serving pulled pot roast instead. Next time, I will stick to tacos, as the burrito is way to much for me, even if I had not ordered the extra taco. The restaurant was very clean. The people that served me were very nice. I really liked the self-serve salsa bar. They had several different ones to try. I took two of them. They were spicy and delicious.

One would expect that when paying a higher price for a larger portion, that you would receive more food, but clearly that wasn't the case. We ordered this through the drive through and no one was in line, and yet still the fries were raw, and lack of cheese and fries makes it abysmal. Plz do better!

Recommend: Maybe I…read morerecently visited Dave's Hot Chicken in Schertz, and it seems like they just opened--because it was very busy. I'm guessing once the initial rush dies down, the experience might feel a bit more relaxed. When I first walked in, there was a slight unpleasant smell, kind of like body odor, which wasn't the best first impression. That said, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Even though I ordered through the kiosk (which was easy and straightforward to use), employees still checked in to see if I needed anything. After placing my order, it took about 10-15 minutes to get my food, which felt reasonable considering how crowded it was. I decided to sit outside since it was a nice day, and they do have both indoor and outdoor seating options. As for the food--portions are definitely generous. I ordered two sliders (mild spice level) and a salad. The sliders had thick pieces of chicken, and while they were filling, the chicken itself was a bit too thick for my liking and didn't have much flavor beyond the spicy seasoning on the outside. On the positive side, the sauce on the sliders was really good. The salad was also a standout--I genuinely enjoyed it. The fries were another highlight: fresh, crispy, and paired well with the sauce. Overall, this visit felt a bit hit-or-miss, possibly because of how busy things were. I'm willing to give it another try down the line to see if the experience improves once things settle. If you're curious, it's worth checking out for yourself.
