i have been a frequent customer of mobil stations in my area. i lost $23 in rewards because mobil…read morereward program points expire at the end of every year!!!!!! who heard of such a thing???? what reward programs expires at the end of every year???? when you ask for help at the mobil station about the rewards and how to redeem, "i don't know" is the response i have received many times. and customer service at mobil states they do not reinstate expired rewards. so with this in mind, i will not frequent mobil stations at all. i have been told i should read the fine print. i have also been told also that i signed up for the program so i should know this.

So, sure, it's nothing that special. However, this seems to be the gas station that has all the tips when gas prices are about to go up. They always go up first, and sometimes, a day before. Now, I realize, this does not exactly draw a lot of customers in, I mean, who wants to pay 20 cents more for gas when there is a QT down the street that hasn't raised their prices. However, how great is this for us. I use this place as my gage. When they go up, I go to another gas station and fill up, and then gloat that I filled up my tank before the prices went up like a smart person. So the gas station itself is nothing special, but you have to love the early warning it gives you, especially these days.

Wally's is basically like a miniature Beaver gas station, and it has become part of our Six Flags…read moretradition! There are so many gas pumps that you should never have to wait for one, and once you walk inside, there's a whole experience waiting for you. They have a similar setup to the Beaver location, with gourmet popcorn, beef jerky, pulled pork, brisket, smash burgers, chicken fingers, hot dogs, and so much more. And, most of the food is pretty reasonably priced. Whenever we go to Six Flags in this area, we have a tradition of stopping at Wally's on the way there to grab dinner. Then, when we leave Six Flags, we'll stop again to get a drink for the drive home. It's usually much more affordable than eating inside the amusement park, and there are so many options that everyone can find something they like. This weekend, our group had a little bit of everything. We had someone get a hot dog, someone got chicken fingers, others had smash burgers, chopped brisket, and pulled pork. Everyone agreed it was "bussin," which, according to the high schoolers, means it was really good! They also have these kettle chips that come in a bag that doesn't look particularly huge, but somehow there are SO many chips inside. We passed the bag around the car and still had leftovers for the ride home. The girls also had to get a slushie, which was especially refreshing because it was so hot outside. And since they have their own bakery, I grabbed a cookie, and it did not disappoint. There's also plenty of shopping, including blankets, T-shirts, postcards, stickers, and all kinds of other souvenirs. They even have their own hot sauce! This definitely isn't a place where you're going to run in, grab something, and immediately leave. There's so much to look at that you're going to spend some time wandering around. For us, Wally's has become just as much a part of the Six Flags experience as the amusement park itself. It's something we look forward to both on the way there and on the way home, and this weekend was no exception!

The employees were making batch after batch of the different entrees, and cleaning well between each. So, I did wait a few minutes for the sliced brisket to be on deck. BUT once the meat started going on the bun, a staff member spotted me and asked how many I needed. Just the one. He had it wrapped up and in my hand in no time. The food was good. Everything looked clean. The iced coffee bar hit the spot.

I am super sick and have been to the urgent care thrice to get care, twice to get the right Rx, and told it would be over an hour wait in a zpak and cough syrup. It's literally 4 oz and a label, the z pak is literally scan the label and slap the sticker on it. I was told it would originally take 15 so I went to the custard place next door and came back only to be told it's now an hour. These people have zero respect or patient care. I'm driving around with a fever and pneumonia waiting on an Rx that should take 5, tops. It's not slammed, there was no one in the drive thru lane but me. I literally don't know how this place is in business, but it makes me want to cry. I cared so much for patients and to see how I've been treated even coming in with kindness, just sent me. Please remember, business is your livelihood, it keeps you in a job. Many of us are truly sick, even if we may look okay, your role is important, act like it and serve, it will come back to you tenfold. I'm going to go cry now and hope my custard can take this pain away until I can actually head back out again to go get my cough meds. You guys can do better, retail is hard but hire some people who can be kind and figure it out, there are good people out there. Please get it together, you deserve it, and your patients deserve it, too!
