Store Associate had no idea about coasters offered online and did not have the supplies to print. My party was two hours away and I was really upset that these things were not done or a call made to let me know there was an issue. Well on the off chance I contacted the store across town to see if they had supplies. They had the needed print stock and said they would make every effort to get them done .
