I had to ask her to please put it in a bag, I don't know how she expected I'd carry it all and I had alcohol that by state law is required to be concealed in a bag. They told me that I would get five $0.25 off offers in the app. Gas offers for food that wasn't up to par isn't a good match. But it would've been something. However I didn't get the offers. This was my second bad experience at this circle k. On November 4th I was trying to purchase gas and the pump turned off shortly after 4 gallons. I called the attendant out. She said I just needed to try again. This time it turned off just before 4 gallons. She advised moving to another pump. Also she said that she was putting a bag on the handle. The new pump wouldn't accept the card, probably because I'd used so much. As I was leaving i noticed that she hadn't put the out of order bag on the pump. Also this location almost never issues receipts at the pump. When I have the baby, I have to take a picture.

I came here down the road from the Shell gas station because I thought they were open at night since they had their overhead lights on. See my review about them and frustration I had with them. Thank goodness Circle K was open with their overhead bright lights and working gas pumps. Thank you Circle K for being open during the night. (I'm driving cross country.)

This Costco location is well-organized and clean. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have…read morenoticed that the associates working there have a good attitude and stay on task with their duties. I have spoken with many and they all like the company they work for and their pay rates/benefits. Happy workers = better service and company. One thing I learned was that if you have an "Executive Membership," you get 2% back from your expenditures that have accrued over the year of membership. The Costco credit card has more benefits that result in more earnings towards credits that can be used for renewal or shopping. Costco will pay the difference in cost from the "Gold Star" to be an "Executive" member if you don't earn enough money back from the 2% benefit over the cost of the difference. You can keep the 2% back, and you get that amount to spend how you want. If you choose to use the credit towards your yearly renewal, Costco will pay the difference it costs to have an Executive membership. A member that buys a lot from Costco will benefit the most from an Executive membership. I received a nice check last year, which got my entire yearly membership paid for, plus extra money to spend! It's a win-win deal. Compared to other discount clubs, Costco is the best, in my opinion. My opinion is based on the the customer service, quality of products, and value. The quality of Costco's brand (Kirkland) is just as good, if not better in regards to their products. They have a satisfaction guarantee on Kirkland products to give their customers a chance to try them without risk/loss. Returns are very easy and efficient. For example, I returned a broken printer after I had it for 2 years. Costco gave me a full refund (in store credit) that I used to purchase a new one. Overall, I am satisfied with the goods and services offered at Costco.

I have called customer service three times and each time I ask for an American representative!…read more Evidently there are none to cancel the old yellow card because the geniuses have changed to a new white card and I have changed back accounts! I'm handicapped and been having to go inside and get money on a red card to back out to a pump and pump gas. The three times I have called the phone number and they don't understand English because they start asking questions you can't understand! I guess at this point I hope Circle K goes out of business because they are a pain in the ass to deal with when it comes to customer service! Used to love the ease of the cards at the pump to get gas, but guess they have decided not to service handicapped customers! Fuck Circle K!
