Probably the best gas station food I have had since recently working in the area. Gas pumps are fine, they work. They will not disperse rewards points via the keypad in the pumps which is very irritating especially when you are on a time crunch. While in the gas station the rude cashier acted as if my husband was trying to steal items, as my husband couldn't carry everything while holding his coffee. As my husband had walked there and was dressed casually, he was treated poorly. You would think the young black male cashier wouldn't profile people, but such is the world today. While we continue our stay here in Pensacola we will go to other gas stations if we need coffee. My advice is to wear a suit if you want to be treated decently.

We weren't sure which part of the counter we were supposed to place our items on, and instead of giving us even a basic bit of direction, the employee behind the register acted like we were an inconvenience for simply asking. The rudeness was immediate and completely unnecessary -- sharp tone, impatient attitude, and zero effort to help. What made it worse was that the worker essentially refused to check us out. I've never had someone deny service over something as small as not knowing which part of a counter to use. It felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly embarrassing for no reason. Everyone has bad days, but this went beyond that. If a job involves dealing with customers, basic courtesy shouldn't be optional. I hope management pays attention, because no one should be treated like that over a simple purchase.

When they tore down the old building and built a new building, they installed new pumps with NFC readers. When I tried to use Apple Pay, my phone and watch dinged, the pump dinged, the lights on the NFC logo came on, the screen said processing, but then said card declined. It did this with every card I have. CVS did this for years before it started working It means that the pump hardware supports Apple Pay, the pump software supports Apple Pay, it's turned on, the wireless radios are turned on, but something in the back office that connects to the payment processor is not setup yet or not configured properly. Since they just opened, and they take Apple Pay inside, hopefully this just means that they are still in the process of getting this setup. If it starts working, I will bump my review to 5 stars. Update: 6 months in, still not working. But now the Circle K at Creighton and Spanish Trail takes Apple Pay at the pump.

My 16 year old son went in with me on Thurs. 5th to look at phone charger cords. The woman working there helped him and stated "don't worry, if this doesn't work out for you for any reason it may be returned within 5 days with you receipt" The charger was taken home and did not "work out for him" I went in this morning to return it with the receipt. Two men at register told me they didn't know how to do it so they took it in the back to the manager. -I waited for approx. 10 mins. She never came out to address me. I asked the register guy if she was indeed looking at it. He went in the back & came immediately back out with it saying that she tested it and there was nothing wrong with it so no refund! She never came out! I told him that the employee who sold it to my son did not state that the refund was dependent on the cord being broken just that he could "return it within 5 days with receipt" This was day 3. -He asked twice if I knew the name of the employee who sold it to my son and I said no. I walked out to get in my car and saw the name on the receipt (do employees not even know this?!) -I Walked back in and as I waited (again) the manager happened to come out from the back and show her face for the first time! I told her the name of the employee and she said "she is just a register clerk, I am the manager" I said "Yes! And as the one who hired her you should be responsible for what comes out of her mouth to customers, especially when she is advising a 16yr. old!" This was money that he earned himself and that is why he was a little hesitant when purchasing and she was great at convincing him that it could be returned the proper way if it didn't work out. -SHAME on you Circle K! VERY unprofessional and I might add, stupid! To lose long time customers for a $13.99 refund. Not to mention the issue of doing the RIGHT thing by backing up what one of your EMPLOYEES stated to a 16yr old! Poor management and training trickles down folks. It is what ultimately makes a store decent or not worth coming back to. We won't be back and I encourage others to beware. I notice this is the second Yelp review.... also poor
