I walked in planning to spend maybe 20 minutes max just to buy a few souvenirs, snacks, and a few things to take home to my kids and family. Shortly after I walked in, I was approached and told I wasn't allowed to be there because I came in a semi truck. I explained that I was only going to be inside for a few minutes to buy a few items, but I was told they would not allow me to purchase anything. I was also told, "Unfortunately truckers are not welcome." Those were his exact words. That was extremely disappointing to hear. Truck drivers are a huge part of what keeps this country moving. We deliver the products businesses sell every single day, including the products sitting on Buc-ee's shelves. To be told we're not welcome and not even allowed to make a purchase is sad and frustrating. Because of this experience, I will never return to Buc-ee's again, not even in my personal vehicle. I'd much rather spend my money at a truck stop or any business that welcomes everyone and appreciates the people who help keep America moving.

He's overall a very nice person and it shows that he really cares about his community. for instance, one of my favorite products got discontinued, but he always kept an eye out for it and always try to order it. When I walk to the store he'll have some sort of product that might resemble he evrn went as far as to show the book of products to see if he can find it and order some. And when it's dark, he'll make sure we get your car safely by looking through the window making sure no one gets you. So we love going to this gas station and we won't ever stop.

Every pre-made food item we grabbed was terribly over-sauced. Quality seems to have dropped significantly. The bagged popcorn I bought expires today and tasted like cardboard. Took one bite of each item of the $48 worth of food we purchased and threw it all away. Extremely disappointed, it seems Buc-ees has decided to cut corners and lower quality. We won't return on road trips again.

Either their plumbing is broken, no restrooms, doors are "broken", only taking cash because system is down but you can't get cash from the ATM. Some of the employees are super friendly and some of them can be rude. Oh and the fuel pumps are always down it seems. I always stop here most days for work but I'm about to start passing it up and go somewhere else. Food is kind of expensive for the quality anyways

McDonalds even put up blocks so what would normally have connected them doesn't.....grr So to Exxon...gas is cheaper at about $3.35 than most places I've seen. Also has a Popeye connected to it. Didn't use bathroom, but station looked new so it probably is decent. It is in front of a Krogers too.
