I drive 30k plus miles a year and have spent thousands of dollars at their establishment over the year. While spending $80 on gas arms 7:30pm on New Years Eve, I walked in and asked to use the restroom. The employee working told me the floors were drying and he couldn't let me. I explained I'd just driven 2 hours and really needed to go, I was filling my tank, I'm a customer. He said that the floors were wet. I said, I don't mind, I just really needed to use the restroom. He told me, I might slip and fall... I'm an able-bodied grown adult. It's not as though the restrooms were out of order. He seemed to just want to say no for some reason. I'll be consciously choosing to fill up across the street from now on. It costs nothing to be kind to your customers.

If this 7/11 won't correct their employee I will just go to corporate because TONY is just flat out refusing to provide anything that 7/11 promotes from pizzas and hot foods, to any promotions they advertise, or even placing orders online. This is just straight up FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and I'm sure they won't be happy to hear a franchisee of theirs isn't providing the service they offer. SET TONY STRAIGHT!!! Friendly and fast. The problem with this location is their Fountain Drinks. They are often out of ice for the drinks for a long period of time (recently for about 4-5 days), many of the drink selections are empty or broken, when they have ice. My suggestion is save your styrofoam cup from Circle K and buy your drink 1 block south at the gas station/Subway shop. Reusing your Circle K cup is good for the environment and you get the drink you want. The Yucca Valley and Morongo Valley Circle K's are amazing each time.
