Cumbies, for those of us who frequent them, or Cumberland Farms for those who are familiar with the…read morebrand has evolved over the last several decades. The majority of them, during my teenage and young adult life, were smaller establishments built with brick and had this pale brown color with the Cumberland Farms logo. They only had spots to pump gas and it was a hot spot for those who like to play scratchers. This location started across the street from where it is today as Staff D. pointed out in her review, and bought the land on its current location and upgraded to a Super Cumbies, well they don't call it that, but one could surmise that is what it would be called. They now have twice the number of gas pumps and the store is nearly 3 times larger. They increased the height of the ceiling, added more fridges and a walk-in fridge to browse the number of beers they offer from your typical corporate beers to some locally craft beers. The quality of the food and snack offerings has significantly gotten better and despite some still labeling it as "gas station food", you have to appreciate the rebranding and upgrades they made to the slushy machines, the coffee station as well as a touch screen ordering system to order some of their upgrade menu selection. I personally enjoy the new look and it was a wise move on their part to upgrade because who complains about a 99 cent coffee all day, and everyday. They do have to compete with Dunkin next door to them, but Dunkin does not offer gas and Cumbies does. Stop in and check out the place if you haven't seen it.

I love this location for 'Cumbies'. There are 8 pumps spaced far enough from each other that cars…read morecan actually fit on both sides. There's usually ample parking and you can park on the side close to the sidewalk when they're super busy. They typically keep up really well with hot coffee during the morning rush. During rush hour you may have to wait a few minutes in line but nothing over the top. Our teenagers love the express food such and in a hurry, it's quick and cheap. Plus... we take advantage of the SmartPay rewards they have for discounts on gas, coffees, and other various items which is a plus.

If you have the free wash ticket, you need to go inside the conventient store to exchange it for a code. I've only purchased lottery tickets here and the gentlemen working was very nice. The store seems small and is as generic as your typical convenient store is. The car wash is touch less and doesn't do a great job, but hey, I'm not complaining about free. The location on Center St is easy to miss so keep your eyes peeled if your trying to find it.

My husband and I have been faithful customers to get gas at this gas station for many years, but we…read morewill no longer do our business there. After having to move around to three different pumps to get one to work, my husband got gas, and headed home (about 5 minutes down the road). He immediately realized that he dropped his wallet on the ground by the gas pump. He called the store, and they couldn't find it, so he went back to look and ask to view video surveillance to see who could have picked it up. Only the owner can show the video footage, and he has not returened ANY of our phone calls to try to get to the bottom of this. This is so very upsetting, all we need is to see who picked up the wallet to get our belongings back, and the owner of the Mobile obviously doesn't think this is a priority. Our family will no longer give you our money.
