There is a gas station and they do sell firewood to make the place somewhat more than your average 7-Eleven. I just bought a 1.5-liter bottle of water and an ice cream sandwich to make the trip a little more bearable. But, my recent experience was with a staff member who seemed quite annoyed I wanted to purchase money orders and even told me that I should consider using cashiers checks in the future instead of coming in and doing it this way. I explained to him that I use money orders by choice for certain things. He was not amused. I will likely not use this location again for this. Definitely not if the same employee is there when I return.
