Absolutely disgusting, this is the filthiest circle K I have ever been inside. I am not one to make reviews at all but something had to be said. Upon arrival every single trashcan at the pumps and front door were overflowing and had trash all over the ground. Walking into the men's restroom was the exact same story, paper towels and toilet paper everywhere, toilets look like they have not been touched in a week, feces and food all over the walls. We were using smart check out for drinks but the old lady with a too tight blonde pony tail made us let her ring the drinks up "because we have slushies" and when I used my membership she didn't let us get the discount, Then my little brother checked out after me and was using the sale they had a sign promoting, but she wouldn't give him the sale and claimed there was no sign. I stood there and made sure he would get it and she didn't give it to him until another employee came over and checked. I had pulled off the interstate on my way to brunch and decided to fuel up. This was the first (I believe the only) gas station I found and decided to pull in. Immediately I noticed that there was a lot of construction/maintenance going on in the space between the separate gas bays and diesel fuel bays. Fencing had been put up and the gas pumps I originally intended to pull into were blocked by trash cans indicating those pumps were out of order. I did notice a few other pumps had signs on them as well. I did a U-turn in the lot and found some pumps closer to the road that were operational. Once there, the pump worked fine and I was able to get my receipt at the pump. I didn't need to deal with anyone inside, so I can't comment on customer service. The overhead pump roofing does not extend to the convenience store/clerk, so in wet weather, customers will not be sheltered. Review #3705 read more

So called "smart check out" has chased me and my business away from circle k forever. Employees standing behind the counter doing nothing but watching customers doing their job. I used to gas up my company truck with very large gas tank several times a week at circle k, and buy all the junk I needed from inside as well. No more. Won't use self checkout ever. And if your employees won't do their job, I will just go somewhere where they will. What's next? Hand us a mop as we walk into the store? Good bye circle k! If I run out of gas in front of any circle k, I will push my car miles if needed to get to another station. read more

Went here for fuel and food. Grabbed a couple hot dogs, put mustard on them and couldn't find ketchup. Ask at the counter and an employee walks like she is going to look. I wait. The employee does not come over by the food. I walk back to the counter and she is back at the register. I ask again and they say they don't have any...Thanks for letting me know! I say " should I leave them on the counter or are you going to give discount?" The man behind the counter (Lynn)said he would. When I check out, no discount. I ask and he says "I never said that". I have never experienced worse customer service at any gas station ever! All of the staff is "new" and has no clue what they're doing. I have had two separate horrible experiences here. They close pumps and don't mark them as out of order, they're rude, I spent 25 minutes here trying to get gas. They charged my card for the gas but didn't give me any gas because they couldn't figure out how to switch pumps... Then they said it wasn't their problem that my card was charged and that I got no gas. The manager was rude to me and I used to be a regular customer but I'll never go there again. read more
