There's only one available, non-gender specific. It was large and I did like how it has a privacy divider by the toilet so if the lock malfunctioned, you wouldn't be seen right away. The store itself has your typical gas station coffee, bars, drinks, etc. even a banana smoothie option. Fine place to stop and fuel up and take a bathroom break!

The guy in front of me asked if he could break a $20 while her drawer was open & she said this isn't payless, if you want smaller bills go there. He said i stopped here to get gas and this is closer. She went ahead & did it but he told her she didn't need to be so hateful & she said it was her accent and started talking in a fake southern accent. She was snippy and rude to me when i paid for my gas. This is the only woman who is ever rude at this location. Definitely disappointed in her lack of customer service & people skills!

Like other Love's, the pump area was wide and with a high cover. The station was easily accessible even for larger vehicles on the auto side and then there's the truck side that I didn't visit. Snacks, grilled roller meat, grab-and-go fresh stuff, coolers of drinks, candy and such, some gift items and in the truck area, all sorts of truck accessories. The restrooms were decently clean. Overall, a positive experience and I'll continue to patronize Love's happily. [Review 20589 overall - 123 in Indiana - 1570 of 2023.]

Is anyone else asking why Family Express would give the managers position to such an abrasive…read moreobnoxious person who has been seen nearly physically attacking customers on more than one occasion? It's not nearly family anymore. Obvious drug use constantly and tolerated by upper management. Not a great way to get the company name in the paper. If the company was actually paying attention, they would understand, maybe. Middle level management looks the other way, probably because they don't want the hassle of finding a replacement and the work it involves on their part. Maybe corporate will pay attention when they read about themselves in the newspaper.

Love the store and the location. It could be better though. Maybe they could consider making coffee…read moreat this location? I know there are coffee machines that actually do that. I see them all the time at Speedway. I'm thinking speedway employees are smarter cause the coffee machines there always work. The machines at this place just have signs on them and the store seems ok with that. Apparently that shows the intention to make coffee without really having to do it, as if it takes effort on their part. I suppose it is pretty difficult to find people to work there who don't have the habit of ruining the equipment but hey, maybe they can check with Speedway to see how they do it. At this location, a coffee machine that hasn't worked since Easter? Seriously? Everyone is asleep at the wheel and the bus is just driving itself and nobody is even interested.

The prices are too high sometimes by 100% over local competitors and FE is taking advantage of regular customers. What'sore the employees seem to think the customers aren't needed. Not a great business model. I have supported the business sometimes more than once a day and sometimes different locations but every day I am there spending money I could spend elsewhere. Sometimes when you overcharge people they don't complain, they just don't come back. If you feel you have too much traffic keep the prices where they are and allow the employees to run roughshod over the customers and that problem will take care of itself
