That should be zero stars. Using the convenience of paying at the pump with my credit card, I squeezed the nozzle trigger but felt no gas flowing, yet I saw that the gauge on the monitor was tallying. Forced to go inside, the cashier told me I wouldn't get a refund because I didn't pay with cash and was told that the pump hose had become disconnected so no gas was able to come out and that she had stopped the pump when I told her about it and I'd only had a 54 cent charge. I was also told that other people had had the same problem with this pump! So I asked why the pump hadn't been tagged as out of order to save me this hassle. I even said I'd tag it out there for them if they don't (because I'm practical and nice) and no one else needed to go through this ordeal that I was! I was told they couldn't find the right bag to put over the nozzle! I was making no headway here so I asked to speak to a manager. (I was so riled at this point, wasting time inside and still needing to fill my tank). That person, instead of an apology for the inconvenience, got defensive. When I pointed out that the cashier told me they knew about the defective pump she said that was not true. I said they were intentionally ripping people off by making no effort to tag the pump. Meanwhile, the cashier had gone out to tag the pump nozzle as unusable. It was cold out and I believe they didn't want to go outside. Just like when no one wants to fill the paper roll so you can print a payment receipt. read more
