Never seen this before and must say very well thought out for someone with a disability. The bathroom was pretty clean for how busy the store was. It had a door with a latch that worked and was well lit. There was plenty of toilet paper at the time so that wasn't an issue. This store is so busy that you may feel rushed. All in all if you plan on being quick this is a perfectly acceptable bathroom.
