The customer service inside is indescribable (for the lack of a better term). The checkout girl was…read morenice in the beginning, but slow and just lacked in customer service skills and knowledge. I simply couldn't check out and this was a first for me...totally caught me off guard. In short, beware of using a chip card here because the check girl doesn't know what she is doing. I called my bank and it was an employee error on her behalf. My only regret is being nice and having my son put back the items we were going to purchase instead of just walking away. Especially when the niceness turned into a slight attitude. It's ok though, aside from the above...the coffee was barely warm when I poured it, but I decided to get it anyway since I normally need a cool-down period. But considering how long it was taking, the coffee was probably colder than I would have liked and that would not have been good at all. Plus, the cold drinks weren't very cold either (strange), but my son just wanted something wet. The gas is higher than down the road as well, but too late for that one...the deed was done. It's all good, the place down the road worked out for snacks and the coffee was hot and the cold drinks were cold. Just wish I would have known it was going to be such a fiasco and I/we never would have stopped...learning has occurred. In short, bring cash or a card you can slide and not use their chip inside to avoid undue frustration if you find yourself here. Other notes: bathrooms are ok, there is parking and there is a Fried Chicken place inside.

This QT had a nice variety of products to choose from. I ended up getting a Coke. I also got a ham sandwich which was really good. The only downside to this QT was they were out of a lot of the donuts and all of their Turkey. Overall, good QT and I recommend it.

Brand new QT! Super…read moreclean new QT. Sir Hubbers loved the new super clean restroom. There is a wall of fountain drinks here & a wall of cold brews & hot brews. One side was hot nitro brew & one side was cold. We opted for the fresh ground coffee in the new digital touch screen machine. They had Dark roasts, colombian/med roasts etc., we both got the med size dark roasts. The lady that works the registers brought us some fresh half & half for our coffees from the kitchen, as they had run out. We then topped them with Whip Cream that was also available. They did have all the other sugary syrup flavors & fake creamers but we do not use those. We only like whole milk/half & half. Christmas eve morning, desperate for some yummy holiday coffees, didn't even know if we were going to find anything open. Then, all of a sudden we saw the Bright shinning lights of the brand new QT sign in the distance.. God always has something for you: a key for every problem, a light for every shadow, a relief for every sorrow and a plan for every tomorrow. Which turned out to be our surprise Christmas miracle "la vie en rose" with whip cream OuiOui. Both the coffees & service, excellent. God's timing is always perfect. Merry Christmas indeed. Clerk was friendly and the line moved quickly. Gas was expensive, but isn't it everywhere? Can't say that's really their fault. Even though we didn't need gas, I did note that the pump area was also very clean and could accommodate cars well. Located right off Highway 49 south, so it's easy to pop off and back on again.
