The car wouldn't start after lunch. Luckily we were only two miles from North Georgia Toyota. We had the car towed there and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They took the car in soon after we arrived. The owner came and reassured us that they would find the problem and hopefully could fix it this afternoon. It turned out that the after market trailer hitch wiring had caused a short in the car's lighting system. We were on our way two hours later with a bag of popcorn for us and one for our two dogs!

I told the service guy & manager about it & they said run flat damages the tire making repairs impossible. They refused to even remove the tire & inspect it. They didn't even have the off-road tires to try & upsell me, but just said it was unfixable. The service manager told me he is a "tire guy" & this was an impossible repair. Also, the prepaid service, this time, didn't include an oil change. So I paid extra for the oil change so I wouldn't go 10k miles between services. GM wasn't there, but the useless sales manager was no help, so I took it to Arevalo's Tires who easily fixed it. NGA Toyota has a slew of employees wandering around the showroom doing nothing for the 2 1/2 hours I was waiting around. Looked more like a welfare office than a viable business. I won't be returning. You should avoid it as well.

This location features 16 pumps, Grab and Go, coffee station and yogurt station. The foot print of this location is smaller than others, but it is nicely laid out and well stocked. The store is in good condition. Inside was clean and well taken care, but the exterior pump areas could use some attention. Surprisingly the restrooms were small, the men's room had one stall and one urinal, so a line formed fairly easily. Service was friendly and helpful. Overall, solid RaceTrac location!

This station is in a beautiful area with green hills/mountains in all directions right off the highway. At first glance it's ones of those cool stations with hot food, drinks, snacks etc but when you walk up to the coffee machine that stops. The coffee machine has beans on top and no buttons so I was stumped for a couple seconds looking it over, Ah it's a touch screen machine. The unit grinds the beans for each fresh cup of coffe and behind it is the Coffey fixings bad with everything you can imagine. I will say this was the best gas station coffee that I have ever had, better than most restaurants. There is a Swirl frozen treat station with a topping bar which is cool, a complete frozen treat stop. This was the coolest gas station that I have been to by far.
