She is always friendly, efficient, and professional. What stands out most is her warm spirit and the genuine kindness she shows every customer. Every time I visit, she greets me with a smile, she is polite, respectful, and patient. She consistently says "please," "thank you," and "have a great day," making every interaction feel welcoming and appreciated. All of the cashiers at this store does a outstanding job, but this lady truly stands out. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. In my opinion, she would make an excellent customer service trainer because she demonstrates exactly what exceptional customer service should look like.
